Don is a great guy and very honest and trustworthy. We’ve been taking our family vehicles to him for over ten years. I recently had my old Ranger in for them to look at. The 4×4 module had burned out and the truck had suffered several other electrical issues. They painstakingly tracked down the problems and fixed them all. Their estimates were spot on and the truck was ready when they said it would be. I cannot say enough good things about Don and his shop. Wish more places were like this one.

I had engine problems yesterday as I was passing through town. They took a look at my car even though it was 4:30PM. In the end, they said it was a dealer-only service problem and advised that I take it to a dealer. Would not accept payment for their advice. Very honest guys, with a good understanding about cars.

These guys definitely know their stuff. They are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. The only reason I’m a 3 star on this one is because my particular problem took a little while to diagnose, thus took a little effort to give me my estimate. They advertise free estimates and I still ended up paying some labor on the time it took for them to diagnose the problem. However, I didn’t fight it because of all the other reasons mentioned above and I have taken my car there since with no other issues or complaints. ^_^

My check engine light was on and being new to the area my maps search showed 3 D’s auto had a 5 star review with my same problem. New catalytic converter? Bad emissions? Well, my visit was all but 5 minutes, they took my car within 1 minute, ran a diagnostic, cleared the leak and didn’t charge me a dime. Nice people, great service and very knowledgable group.
