History

Established in 1919.

Thomas Hardware was started as Patterson Hardware in 1919. The evolution to sailing only started in the 1950’s. Since then we have become the «go to» place for sailors and racers around the world.

This place is legendary in the sailing world. I remember going as a kid and loving the owners dogs and funny banter. A true mom and pop shop — don’t try to pay with a credit card!!! The best customer service from true sailors!
