I had my first Barre class at ABX when I was traveling and it kicked my butt! It was challenging and never got boring. I loved Christy’s enthusiasm, music choices, and adjustments. She really helped me learn the technique my first time out. Additionally, the other women in the class looked amazing — so I know ABX works. The studio is also beautiful and comfortable. Going to ABX made me want to try barre again where I live in Denver. I can tell that it’s a method that makes results.

Christy’s Barre X class is one of my favorite barre classes INTHECOUNTRY! Seriously, I’ve taken barre all over the place, and I’m super picky. The sequence was so well-rounded, and her cues made so much sense. I appreciate when I can tell a teacher really knows what she’s talking about, and Christy is the real deal. Ana’s barre class is also fantastic! Finally, PiYo with Becky which was a killerrrrr and such a good workout. Do it. The studio is absolutely beautiful and the manager Christy(different Christy from the teacher and owner!) is so, so delightful. Prices are great, parking is easy. Great spot!

Ana D. kicked my butt(and I loved it!). I didn’t know what to expect when I came into Above the Barre, I’d never taken a barre class before. I’m usually a pilates, yoga person and I run often but now I think barre might be my favorite exercise class! Ana was very helpful and inspiring. She got the whole class pumped up and paid attention to the newbies to make sure they weren’t going to hurt themselves by overstraining(thank God). My butt, thighs, abs, and arms felt tighter for days afterwards. Definitely buying a membership and coming back often. Didn’t think a workout class this hard would ever come to GP, happy it did!
