Mac is great! He was so friendly and personable, and professional. When we called and told him that we wanted some dead limbs removed from our huge white oak, he said he could do it, and he delivered. Not only did he come with 4 men, a huge shredder truck, a pick up and all the ladders, blowers and saws, they came with smiles and friendly waves. They took down the limbs we asked about, and then he was climbing all over the tree trimming it of other dead wood that he said needed to come down. They also cut and stacked the wood for fire wood, as I requested. The extra limbs and the wood cutting and stacking was not discussed when he gave us the quote, so when he finished the job, I asked him if I owed him more money because he did extra work, and he said NO! He just thought it was fine as is. Everything was totally cleaned up, blown and they left about 2 hours later. My son recommend this service and he had a wonderful experience too!
We used another service about 3 years ago to do some trimming on the same tree, and they came [just 2 men] with a car, and no ladder, ropes, etc. They asked to use a ladder of ours! and they have a huge advertisement too… very misleading.
McDonald Tree Service is the one we will call again and again when we need it!

Mack from AAA tree service is amazing. Their work was quick and so so reasonable. I’ve referred them to everyone in my neighborhood! They have done numerous really difficult removals of dead trees on our block with no problem at all. This is seriously the BEST tree removal company ever!
