Not sure what the hype is, maybe bc it’s the only local meat shop that’s not a grocery store?
Not saying it’s a bad place but, it’s not the best butcher in this area by far.
They have the standard selection of beef/​pork cuts and chicken. Maybe 3 or 4 types of sausages and a couple varieties of bacon. Pretty much the same thing you can find at a grocery store.
The tiny shelves of spices and canned goods has a minuscule selection of premixed rubs and your standard stock spices. Nothing you can’t find at a 7Eleven. Bread and buns seem a bit over priced… 7 Eleven prices lol.
It’s not that I dislike the place, I just don’t think it’s anywhere CLOSE to being a 4 or 5 star joint.
Need a quick mediocre cut of beef or pork? Maybe some buns? Go here.

I was stuck by the train (again) next to the store so I decided to go in and look around while the train was stopped. I bought chicken drumsticks and homemade polish sausages to cook on the grill at home. We don’t eat much red meat anymore but if I did, the steaks look amazing, all lean, hardly any fat. And the prices were the same or cheaper than the grocery store! The sausages were so delicious. I will never buy meat at the grocery store again and I will be back!

I’ve been three times so far and would rather regular this place than the giant store down the way. Meats good and we even get dog treats here! Can’t forget they cater and sell food throughout the day! Yes! Support small business!

I really enjoyed my little trip to this meat market. It was a great selection of meat — everything was easy to see, was displayed well, and all of the people behind the counter were very knowledgeable. People can ask questions like what kind of meat do you use for kebabs and what kind of meat use for this and share the recipes and get good honest feedback and a way to save a buck or two so that they can even have the same flavor or better meat product for the recipe.

this place rocks … a little gem in a stripmall… the ladies upfront are so friendly and helpful… and the prices are crazy good…
homeade sausages… $ 2.89 LB everyday price? i will have lots of that :-) boneless pork chops on the grill last night… mmm …have had 2 kinds of steaks since moving to the area… t-​bone and a rib-​eye… the beef both times had a real good flavor…
they carry a few grocery and dairy items as well… nice selection of deli meat an cheese too…
oh and fresh made to order broasted chicken… incredibly good… crispy outside, juicy inside… i could eat this forever… cooked to order though… so call in advance or be prepared to wait…
did i mention free samples on the counter? :-)
