Takle Eye Group

I decided to switch eye doctors because Takle Eye Group was closer to home, awful decision!
Dr. Shadow does not give you the time of day and I have had to take of work three times to get an appointment to get my contact prescription right and it’s still incorrect! Who has the time for that? He should have been able to tell exactly the prescription I needed during the first appointment. They also deleted the insurance I had on file and made me pay a $ 75 ‘contact fitting fee’ that my insurance should have covered but I cannot get ahold of anyone in the office to get this refunded. I stated to the receptionist that I had to visit Dr. Shadow on three different occasions to try and get the correct prescription and she told me it did not matter I would have to pay the fee and would have to come back until he got the prescription right. Unbelievable! I have called the office manager four times this week and left a message and she has yet to get back with me. I need new contact and the sample pair’s Dr. Shadow keeps giving me do not work, I am definitely going to call my old eye doctor and see if I can just pay out of pocket for an appointment so I can get some contact. I have already used my insurance allowance at Takle Eye Group. I honestly do not know how they are in business and I strongly urge everyone thinking about going here to use a different eye service!
