History
Established in 2008.
Jenna has always been passionate about being a loving presence in the world. She deeply believes in the power of love, meditation, and prayer to bring about deep healing on all levels. Jenna began practicing yoga in 2004 and soon after, embarked on a beautiful journey learning meditation, completing yoga teacher training, becoming certified in Ayurveda and Panchakarma, and finally, completing a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition to complement her Bachelors Degree in Psychology, bringing many of her passions together in a harmonious way.
These practices of wisdom and mother nature have brought (long sought after) balance and nourishment into her life, rejuvenating and replenishing her being. Through Jenna’s own healing, she discovered her love of connecting with others on a path that leads to living from the heart and being in tune with our souls true purpose, bringing about a life full of love, peace, joy, and exploring all of the ways that the soul wants to manifest.

Jenna believes in the power of love, meditation, & prayer to bring about deep healing on all levels. Jenna’s true path is living from the heart & being in tune with our souls true purpose and shares this through her services.
Jenna’s yoga classes can be challenging, but meditative and ultimately, bring about a sense of profound peace. Through the sweet, peaceful music she plays, deep breathing, honoring the self, going within, connecting to the earth below and the Divine within, and allowing ones yoga practice to be a moving meditation, students often leave class feeling invigorated yet deeply relaxed. Her classes are always offered with love and care.
Jenna has a passion for vibrant health and living and wants to share that with the world. She loves offering nutrition workshops and cleanses and having the opportunity to connect with others in a deep and vulnerable way, allowing ourselves to be seen and ultimately, to heal and thrive.
