We are licensed and insured, and have educated our certified installers with regulation from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), for lead based renovations. We also require continuing education classes, to ensure proper safety measures are being taken on all job sites. Berens Construction, Inc. is also a licensed contractor, certified by the International Building Codes Council. We will work directly with your insurance adjuster.

History

Established in 1978.

We are a family business, with two generations of experience. Bob Berens started the business in the 1970’s, and has recently turned the company over to his daughter and son-​in-​law, Zach and Molly Sciscoe. We service the entire Omaha metro, and surrounding areas.

Business Owner

Zach Sciscoe is President of Berens Construction, Inc. He trained under Bob Berens for 8 years before taking the reins of the business with his wife, Molly (Berens) Sciscoe. Zach is an exterior remodeling expert, and an insurance claim specialist.
