I have always had a good experience with this location but my trip today takes the cake! I worked with Shantell for over an hour trying to nail down what phone I wanted and what case. I am a pretty indecisive person and Shantell was so incredibly patient with me going back and forth about multiple things. I know I was probably one of her more difficult customers but she never let that show! She was also really honest with me about all the questions I was asking, and that was really important and helpful. Thank you for such a great experience, Shantell! Will definitely continue going to this location in the future.
