ABC Termite and Pest Control

No Call/​No Show after an appointment was made.
My husband and I were looking for a local business to assist us in pest control. We contacted ABC Termite & Pest Control based off of the reviews this business received on Google. Two days after initially calling the company and leaving a message with contact information, my husband finally received a call back. An appointment was set for Monday, 18 January 2016 at 10:00am.
Unfortunately, I wish I could write a positive review of this local business…
On Monday, at the designated time, no one showed up. We thought, «Okay. Maybe it’s an error on our part — it was a holiday… Maybe we made a mistake?»
My husband returned to work on the following day, and he looked up the appointment made. He confirmed that it was supposed to be 10am on Monday. So, he called the company and left another message.
To date, in excess of two weeks after the appointment and several telephone messages later), we still have not heard from this company.
While I am happy to support local businesses, I cannot support a business who makes an appointment, breaks it without notice to the customer, and does not return calls or messages. I am thoroughly disappointed, and unfortunately, we have no choice to take our business to a more reliable organization.
