Let me first start off and say I am not picky at all. When I first walked in I automatically noticed how disgusting the place was. It was not clean and I am pretty sure I saw several health code violations. That should have been my first queue to leave. So I already had shellac on and the lady doing my nails didn’t even wrap my nails in cotton with acetone and foil on the tips, nope! She made me dip my entire hand in pure acetone. Which by the way turned my hands so dry and yellow. She scrapped and cut my cuticles till they bled! I never had this happen before getting a manicure. I was in a lot of pain and was scared I would get an infection because I knew the instruments probably had not been cleaned because they were not soaking in sanitized water or anything. Furthermore, I came in wanting a white shellac manicure with gold tips and my ring finger gold as well. What she did was a sloppy white mess that looked like a 5 year old did it! I didn’t expect my nails to look exactly like the picture I showed her but the gold color she used was ugly and tacky. Stupid me paid and tipped her. I am not a confrontational person and didn’t want to tell her I hated my manicure and wouldn’t pay for it. I just left and was on the verge of tears because I had sat there for 2 hours only left with bleeding cuticles and a bad manicure. Please save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. Even other salons where I thought they had done a bad job was nothing compared to my experience here.

Oh where to start? This by far, was the worst pedi/mani i have ever had! She(I don’t know her name) cut my heel, the whole pedi was painful, I continually complained, ouch, ouch, ok stop, through the entire experience. They rushed me out, with the mani at the same time as pedi. Ok that is $ 60.00. Then stupid me, I tipped $ 10.00. I went across the street to shop, and noticed it was painful to walk, i look down and there’s a trail of blood, from my foot! Needless to say I went back immediately and got my $$ back! Never again, and I don’t recommend you go either! Also someone should call the health Dept. that place is filthy!!! They better hope my foot doesn’t get infected!

Ive had sketchy experiences here. When I have not had good experiences, I’ve always informed the owner at the time, but have never gotten a discount or apology. The answer was, «oh, we’ll do it differently next time, maybe.» Out of sheer laziness to go somewhere else, the last time was the final straw. The owner himself gave me a pedicure and was on and off the phone the whole time, not paying attention at all to what he was doing. Inconsistency is a big issue at this salon. I’ll get some very good perdicures that are long with a good massage, and sometimes, I’m done in 20 minutes. I do not recommend this place. Go somewhere where they actually care.

A guy who really did not seem like he wanted to be doing a pedicure gave me one. I think he was a back up guy if everyone else was to busy. It was hands down the worst pedicure I have ever had. He filled my nails down until they were raw. My pinkie toe is still throbbing days later. The hot stone massage was freaking scalding! I am not sensitive to heat either and I had to have him stop to cool them down. When he put the base clear coat on I felt every sting of where he had over filled and cut my cuticle’s. I could not wait to get out of there.

Just got my toes done here. Blissed out. Never feel hurried or like folks are talking a different language and it’s about you. Very sweet folks working there. Got the full treatment including a sugar rub. And had to have a flower on my big toe!

I think this is one of the best places to get a pedicure. For $ 20.00 you get a hot stone leg massage as well as the soaking, scrubbing, filing, and the polishing you’re used to. My last pedicure lasted close to 3 weeks even after spending a week at the beach in the sand. Everyone is super nice and they have a lot of chairs. I usually go with several people and it always works out well. Can’t beat the price or the service here. …thinking I may ask if I can crack open a bottle of wine while I have my next pedicure… wonder if they’d mind?
