I bought a spray tan package last August. When I went in to use another from the package I was told that their records showed that I had 3 tans left in that package but that the package had expired last October. An expiration date was never discussed during purchase and a 2 month time limit for a package is ridiculous. Then they told me if I bought a new non discounted set of tans they would throw in a couple of free ones to make up for some of the ones I lost, which was a nice gesture, but why would I give someone who just stole money from me more money. That would be like telling the guy who just mugged you not to forget the money you hid in your shoe.

I went in today and met with Felicia. I let her know that I was on a time crunch and wanted to learn as much as I could as fast as possible. She gave me a tour an explained all of the beds in terms that I could understand. She even had cute little names for the beds. I’m a smart girl but understanding the packages and pricing a and what beds to use was overwhelming and had me confused. She made me a little calendar and explained what would be best for me. I haven’t had a chance to use the beds yet because I was in a hurry but the facility was very clean and Felicia was awesome. I got all the information I needed and signed up and purchased all my products in just 30 mins!!! Later that evening I went back in and the other girl that was working there, Alana, remembered me. I have already went in twice and had great experiences.

If you like hearing a sales pitch every time you tan then this is the place to go. They claim to have the lowest prices, not so. I’ve found less hassle and better prices else where. Come on people, it’s just tanning. I don’t want to buy a used car, I can hit 82nd ave for that.

They have great deals on tanning, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do have a ton of customers, but I’ve never had to wait in line for a bed.
