I have been going to Snazzy and to Kim for years… she is the BEST no one does my nails like her… I have horrible ingrown toenails and thanks to HER I’ve been able to keep my toenails and not have them removed. …they are FIRST CLASS all the way…

Completely horrible, came here with my family for Mother’s Day. Not only did they mess up twice on my pedicure they didn’t even fix their last mess up. Then on my full set I asked for a design they charged my sister $ 5 and wanted to charge me $ 25 !!! They were rude and disrespectful. Also reporting them to the better business bureau! Save yourself and don’t come here !!!

Oh my the worst place in the world! I went there to try new area of town the man working there is rude and cock! I just needed a back fill and he starts with clippers to shorten my nails and I say I would prefer you don’t they will Crack and break my tips and he said don’t worry I can do it everyone is not as talented as me! Dude broke my nail on my second hand! Plus now my nails all are jacked up going to have to pay to have them fixed or removed!!! Back to LV or Bella nails!!! Oh and he doesn’t no how to do solar nails after he said he did!!! He even used rusty nail clippers!!! Uggghh so mad at myself for letting it happen!!! PLEASE DON’T GO HERE EVER!!! I would give this a negative 5 star review!!!

I will be going back for sure. It was my first time coming here and i was in dire need of getting my solar nails off. (they where too long and driving me insane) they where quick to get me seated and started on removing the old nails and then the lady who worked with me was very sweet and gentle. Basically I had a great time there they have many different colors for the shellac and i was very happy. I will be going back for sure.

I would give a zero if I could. Friday night I went in to get a price quote on a full set with a design, I was told it would be $ 45 not including my others being taken off. So u made an appointment for sat night. While he was filling off my other nails he cut into my nail down to the skin. It hurt so bad I probably could have cried if j wasn’t in public. I should have just stopped it there. I Asked for a almond cut a bit longer then the photo, they became short from him overly filing them. They were horrible uneven so I kept asking to have them straighten out. They had me show them again what I wanted and suddenly it went from $ 45 to $ 100 because each nail cost $ 15 for a design!!! What?! So why was I quoted the night before something different? I was already halfway done by now and decided to just have a solid color. He couldn’t even paint straight. I should have taken a photo before I had to again ask for them to be fixed.
The super weird part is he asked me to pay before I was done because they needed to close up. Well someone came in after me and also paid with a card, they did not ask her to pay until the end and then i mentioned that being weird I was told it was due to them not wanting me to mess my polish up… I got solar it was instantly dry.
Also how can I tip if I pay you before I see your work.
Through all of this I tried really hard to be nice because the guy looked like he might pass out. I’m sure they are there all day. But he shouldn’t have done my nails if he was that tired. Especially sense others were standing around. I even still tipped him still… I don’t know what I was thinking.
Well it’s Tuesday iv only had them a few days and while zipping up my sons pants the tip came off! I knew when he was glueing them on it seemed like there was bubbles. He said he has 25 years of experience so I didn’t say anything.
Iv called them and asked for a refund on the nails. Not for taking them off even though he injured me. She said she will give her manager my number and he might call me back. So I’m waiting. I’ll give it a day.
It’s sucks $ 50 later and only 2 days i now have to pay to have these removed…
Okay finally picked up. Told me because of my bad review I will not get my money back! They guy told me to bad and he is with a client.
Never in my life have I been scammed so terrible.
My next step is the BBB.

They do a very professional job here and have a very friendly staff. I enjoy going there to get my nails done and they last until the next fill is needed. No pop offs or lifting. :)

I go to different salons to get either my brows waxed or mani pedi.
Very nice attitudes from all the staff here!
Mani pedi lasts over 3 weeks without a fill and not one chip!

Loved the atmosphere and very clean and elagent but as of customer service from one of the men who does the foot spa. he was very rude not very customer friendly. No conversations at all. I was very disappointed with his
and hubby got foot care and water was boiling and they were upset to add cold water. he was very nice and friendly to the customer right next to me just not us. Hmmm don’t like the new guy.
But on a good note the lady that did my nails I think name was Kim. she was amazing and happy friendly and held good conversation, if wasn’t for her in would have walked out after foot spa.
I mean if I pay you alot of money all I’m asking for is Great customer service. (Not to much to ask especially since we paid 126 $ might go back for nails and eyebrows if she is there if not I’m good. and again my personal opinion.

By far the best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done. Not only are the staff incredibly sweet, but they’re the only people I trust with doing my nails.

I’ve found my new favorite pedicure spot!!! This place is clean, and very beautiful inside. The massage chairs are the bees knees, man. I went with my sister for her birthday, so we splurged for the most expensive pedi (which was actually only $ 40!!) It was worth every penny! I’m seriously sprung on this place. He spent an hour and a half on my pedicure, giving me a wonderful leg and foot massage, hot stone rub, salt scrub, mineral mask, paraffin wax treatment and finishing with an awesome French pedicure with hand painted flowers on my big toes. Overall, would suggest to anyone looking to get an affordably awesome experience.

This place is just delightful! Amazingly sweet staff and the work is by far the best that I have gotten in Gresham.
I showed him a picture that I found on the internet and he did such a nice job and they told me «we can do anything here if you have a picture for us to copy» I like that they are so sure of themselves!
They have free drinks and the prices are awesome for what you get.
They also have a manicure bar so if you bring friends you don’t have to sit away from them.

Pretty basic dudes peticure. I just moved from Vegas wearing sandals every day, so I had my regular spot to keep my feet in check.

This place was average. Service was nice. I’ve never had to buy a «Foot Kit» before… I get it, but…

I had a pedicure here and it was AMAZING. Henry is the best. I decided to try a full set… Kim did my nails. After a week I went in to express my frustration with my nails. And how I was not pleased at all. She fixed my nails, and apologized for the mistakes that were made last time.
It was nice to see her apologetic and understanding that they were not done right the first time. I’m glad it’s fixed now, and ill give them another try.

I am so impressed by this place.
It feels like new again.
Very clean and fresh looking.
The employers are pleasant and easy going and the prices are perfect.
SO… I walked in without an appointment.
They are so new that there were not a lot of customers at this time.
I was also there early in the day when most folks are working.
I went there on a whim because I was getting my car serviced at Toyota
and the car folks said it would be a while.
The sweet employers here did a fantastic job on my toes from the tip to the top to the bottom.
Only thing,
WHOOOPS.
I have to now walk back to the car dealership. I did not see that coming.
(Oh I also snuck my dog in).
They gave me some FREE flippity flops to wear for the trip.
Unfortunately,
road dust and dirt just wanted to be added to my pedicure.

Bottom line.
I went back where I would pay for
the taking off of the polish
to the putting back on of said polish
(though I did change my color too, what the heck right?)
No bloody charge!
Say what?
Nope.
nada.
no way.
I did try by the way.
I will be returning with my entourage.

Love this place! Came in for a shellac manicure & pedicure and the gel polish lasted for more than 2 weeks. The place is new, clean, well run, and beautiful!!! The staffs are very friendly, personable, and they take their time. The sweetest thing is: they offer free drinks (water, soda, and wine). What can I say, great services, great people, great price. They are my new favorite nails tech now.
