Something bad is going on here. I was called twice by them after I made my appointment and told that they were not in-network for me. I re-checked each time to verify coverage here. Either they have some staff needing better training or they only want ‘full meal deal’ patient – who will buy their glasses and contacts their as well? Either way, I was treated badly, and cancelled my appointment after all. Adiós – I’m happy to take my business elsewhere. Wish I hadn’t have wasted my time here.

I chose this practice based on a recommendation from coworkers. I had my appointment 3 weeks ago for my yearly exam and contacts. The contacts I received to try(I am trying to switch from Dailies to biweekly contacts) were completely wrong and made me unable to focus. I attempted to contact the office for three business days in a row but they were closed or the doctor was not in. Finally I was able to reach someone and she promised to send me another pair. A week later I still had not received them despite almost daily inquiries. When I had the car next I went in person and was given more of the same pairs to try. They also made my vision blurry. I called again on Monday to update the Dr. I didn’t hear back for an entire week. I called again the following Monday and was told the Dr. hadn’t gotten back to her. So it’s been three weeks since my exam, I am out of contacts and stuck with my ill fitting and not accurate glasses. I hope other people have a better experience with this practice then I’m having; I wouldn’t recommend them at this point. My husband went there before me and he is happy with his contact prescription, so maybe it’s just me.
