Power steering went out on my Volvo and wasn’t sure how painful the whole process was gonna be. But Joseph and the guys really made the whole experience really positive. Making sure to explain everything to a dummy like me and seeing that I knew what was happening. Really great place to take your car for fast, trust-​worthy work!

Would not recommend coming here. I took my car in for an oil change and brakes. They did their full inspection and called me to tell me that my rotors were bad too. The total repair cost was around $ 800. My understanding that when they do their oil change and inspection they check your fluids as well but I guess not… 1 week later my car over heated and was completely out of coolant. That caused more issues with my car after spending $ 800 the week before. Sure, I’ll take some of the blame for not looking out for my fluid levels but when you aren’t a car person you should be able to trust that when the mechanic shop says they check your car out, they will really check it out.

Came in only to fix my brakes and rotors, these idiots give me a free inspection, but watching them try to put my car up on the jack and take the tired off is a joke, are they all new? They were so sloppy and aggressive they BROKE MY REAR CALIBUR and then change my original quote from 250 to 600! 600 for brakes!!! When I told them to put my car back together he said he wouldn’t give me my car back or even start putting it together until a tow truck gets here. The worst part is they BROKE THE HANDLE TO OPEN THE HOOD. Seriously? I am going to persue this matter further and take whatever action I can, I want to see cameras this is NOT okay. They won’t even pay the tow truck fee.

This midas location is awesome!!! The timing belt on my car completely snapped and due to a war with my insurance company my car was at midas a little over a week. From the time i dropped my car off, Joseph at the front desk was more helpful than anyone i have ever encountered! He helped me understand complicated auto terms & even fought my case with the insurance company & cared for me & my car as he would his own daughter. Such a sweet guy who actually cares about his job & the people he helps! When my car was finally done I was picked up by grayson, who also provided great service, & i was finally reunited with my baby! Overall my experience with Midas was awesome & they have gained a lifetime customer just based off of the wonderful customer service they provided from the second i walked through the door.

Have been going here for about two years now and the service has been above and beyond what I expected. The staff is very friendly and all the work they have done to my car has been done in the time frame that I was told. They never try and add more cost to my bill by telling me that there are other issues like some places I have gone.

Highly recommended: The guys at Midas helped me find the problem and get back on the road in no time at all! I had all the symptoms of a busted alternator, a very expensive repair that would take hours, and their team examined my whole electric system until they found the (much cheaper) problem. I know places that would go ahead and switch them just to make some money, and I was really nervous because I already had to pay the tow truck driver. No less than 4 technicians hooked up my truck and reviewed the system as a whole before finding the broken part that I had added years ago to fix a (now nonexistent) wiring problem. They chopped it, rewired my cables, and hooked me right back up. Thanks guys!

What’s the point of making appointments if you’re just going to make me wait an hour. I suggest switching to walk in. Very unprofessional.
Worst thing about it is the manager expected me to sit there for an hour under the pretense of «we’re a little behind»
It would’ve been a lot better to just say come back in one hour. I had to interrogate him to find out the truth.
And on top of all that they were just five dollars cheaper than the Honda dealership.

I despise dealing with any type of auto repair. After visiting Gresham Midas I know I’ll never go anywhere else. The staff was great. I watched them deal with other customers as if they were old time friends but, later finding out they weren’t. That’s the type of environment I want to do business with. People that treat you like a friend and will care for your vehicle like it was their own. I definitely will be back, be hopefully not soon ;)

Wow!!!
I cannot believe the service I received at the Gresham Midas.
It was above and beyond my expectations.
They really treat you with respect and tell you what’s going on at all times.
It is so nice that I can take my vehicles to a place that I can trust.
