On a limited basis, we also offer home deliveries on some major purchases. If parts or supplies are not in stock, we will deliver them to your home where possible. Warranties are available on most products and services.

Bought a Clearwater spa about two years ago and had problems with the lights every sense. they kept sending out their repair man to fix the issue. I use the spa seasonally. they were out to fix the lighting problem about four times during its warranty. now again I am having problems with the lights. of course it is out of warranty so they won’t have anything to do with my problem. I asked why do I have so many problems to start with it seems to me the issue was never resolved they just kept putting in a part and never fixing the issue. The first day I use the spot the motor was very loud and had a problem so they replaced it now I have ongoing problems with the lighting I really wouldn’t recommend this product or going to this store for any purchases. They claim to be the best but I still have problems and now I have to pay. they should have checked to see what the problem was instead of just keep replacing the lights themselves as a Nother issue that they would not fix. personally I think the motherboard is bad and they would never check it. what what I know I just paid a few thousand dollars and things don’t work right.

We have purchased our hot tub chemicals and supplies here for about 10 years. Our heater and mother board recently had to be replaced. Shane the owner came out after closing and fixed our tub himself. We have always found this shop to have quality, efficient and friendly service. They are located on the corner of Burnside and Stark in Gresham. I also like that they are open on Sundays.
