If I could do negative stars I would. March 11, 2016 @ 1235 two people were working the counter. One lady and one man. I got the man. I recently moved and did an address change online a month ago. I told him I was missing mail. Specifically an invite and professional magazine. He proceeded to speak to me like I was a complete incompetent. He never confirmed nor checked my mail delivery. «That’s a supervisor’s job» he said he cant. I bit my tongue and left. As he was not going to allow me to speak with the supervisor and address my concerns. I am missing mail and they could give a S%#!.
If there were other options for mail I would gladly pay for better service.

It would be nice if for once when the Gresham Post Office put subs in their routes , they put competent people on it. Especially route six… whenever the regulars are not on, I don’t get my mail and have to call around to find it .Most of the time someone else has received it and it is not returned to me.
Competence would be nice for a business that gets paid well plus has a platinum retirement plan that the rest of us are paying for …
