History

Established in 2014.

Growing up in the Middle East, I ate a lot of falafel as you can imagine. I used to stand patiently in line to order these fresh and tasty delicacies.

After I left home for college in Europe and then settled in the U.S., I started to miss the true flavor of falafel and nothing I bought at stores or ate in restaurants would really quench that craving.

So in 2005 I started making authentic falafel at home from scratch. My wife and kids loved them. Friends started raving about them. They all encouraged me to do something and share the love.

Well, 9 years later, 2014, I decided to pursue my dream and follow my passion in making real authentic artisan falafel to share with you, my friends! Enjoy and tell your friends about it.

Business Owner

My name is Rajaee Saliba. I’m the husband of a beautiful wife, the father of two amazing children, and Chief Falafel Officer of Falafel Chef. I’m a foodie and a big fan of high quality nutritious food.

Brief History

After completing my BA in Business Administration & Management in England, I went to Switzerland and got my graduate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Throughout my hospitality career, I had the pleasure of working at some of the most upscale & exclusive hotels/​resorts in the United States. As a result, I got to meet some of Hollywood’s big names during those years.

2009 brought many surprises our way. Moved with the family to the beautiful Northwest. Started a new career as an Independent Life Insurance Agent. However, my passion of making authentic falafels just got stronger and I finally decided to launch a business selling Authentic, Artisan frozen falafels people can cook & enjoy at home.
