At Durend Construction LLC we started our first company J and L Flooring several years ago. We mostly did carpet and vinyl in homes and apt turnover, as time went by we started to venture into more aspects of construction as customers were asking, we were providing a service for them. J and L Flooring was a specialty contractor, so we decided we need to move to a General contractor to better provide to a customer. So Durend Construction LLC was started December of 2012. Were a small two member company family owned (Lee and James) company based out of Gresham Oregon. Thank you and hope we can provide one of our services to you and your family.
