Established in 2002.

I previously worked for another computer repair company before starting on my own.

I enjoyed working with people so have always preferred in home repair when possible. Helped hundreds to use and maintain their computer easily.

It gives a sense comfort and security and satisfaction to have a knowledgeable person addressing computer issues 1 at a time. I enjoyed seeing the smile return to their faces as I fixed the problem while helping them know hoe to avoid it in the future.

I discovered a lot of techs aren’t really likers of people and realized that is my niche.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Born in 1959 I’ve lived through the infant stages of personal computers and the history of viruses.

Most of my learning was self taught then worked as an employee/​manager in a local computer repair business several years.

Now its a family business using both my son and daughter.

Have always had an aversion to talking «geek-​speak» especially to customers. The language of geeks annoys me because it separates the unlearned user from the tech. Many geeks use this language to expand their own ego and impress customers.

But neither of those things fix problems.

My goal has always been to help the customer avoid PC pitfalls. It cause them to call me less often but they always search me out when they do need me. I’ve had clients that went 6 or 7 years without needing me because they applied my suggestions. It makes me smile when someone calls me many years after a service because they were impressed with my personal care.
