So we walked in and were very impressed with the décor and atmosphere. We found the staff very friendly and flexible when it came to our order. Would not change a thing when it comes to these. Unfortunately the pizza was sub par. The crust was under baked and the toppings were good but sparse. Now I know its not cheap to run a restaurant but given the price, we expected better. I hope they can make the quality of the pizza match the décor and service in the near future and we will be back.

The place is lovely but they could improve on the quality of the pizza or change the price. I felt like I over paid for frozen pizza.

This place is amazing. Italy’s type of mullet. Business in the front. Party in the back. Amazing family area in the front of the building. Unbelievable bar in the back. I was told they are adding a patio area In The back soon. Support your local pizza slinger !!

They were pretty new when u went there for the first time. It was pretty good pizza and the beer was nice and cold. They seemed to be a little on the pricier side for as slow as they were. The costumer service was good. The girl was pretty talkative. They also had this pretty cool open play area for kids. So if they want to take off and play you can safely see them and you eat.

I really like the ambience and the openess of the space. Really friendly staff always great you as you come in. Hopefully they will gain im customers so this wont be as easy. Love the salad selections. Thats all ive eaten as they have been so delicious. The drink specials are also great in the back bar section is the best hangout. Definitely going to have a couple office happy hours here. Looking forward to having some Pizza in tbe meantime i will keep having my lunch salads. I wish them the best of luck. Much more of a family dining spot or a romantic date option. Maybe even rent the back area out or just do an office happy hour.

Walnut gorgonzola salad and vinaigrette is very good. Our Haole Pizza was really tasty. The space and atmosphere is so upscale for Gresham. I love it! So glad we have a great place on Main street. They have an amazing whiskey bar, with a great selection in the back. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Finally, great pizza in Gresham. We’ve searched all over town and have always been disappointed. Before Blondie’s, the best we found is Ivy Bear, east of Sandy. There was a huge pizza hole in Gresham, and Blondie’s filled it. The Neapolitan is awesome.

As a life long Gresham resident, I have seen business come and go in the downtown area. We had high hopes for Blondie’s. And it was really good at first. We went a couples times a week for a few weeks. Then we went back a few weeks later. The pizza toppings were getting skimpy. We thought it was maybe a fluke. We went back again a few weeks later and found the toppings to still be skimpy. These are supposed to premium pizzas with premium prices, so you expect a premium product. Well… we went ordered a pizza for take out. When we opened the box, the toppings were even more skimpy that before. I wrote on their FB page about our issue. This was the response I got back: «What is „too bad“ is people like you! Do you have any idea what it costs to run a restaurant… Any idea about over head and labor… Any idea how much quality ingredients costs… Any idea about set up and equipment cost??? Our prices are the same as all other pizza restaurants in our area and no more!!! Plus we have great service, quality ingredients, wonderful atmosphere, outside seating, family friendly AND a full liquor license for our whiskey bar!!! I say to you „damn, too bad for Gresham that we have people like you in our mix“! I stand behind my product, staff and prices! So go pay for water at my competitors place down the road and save the seats at Blondies for someone more worthy!» I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the people, other than the owner, are really nice. The décor and atmosphere is nice(kind of weird to have kids running around next to the bar though). Keep in mind, this person also owns Sweet Betty’s. That place went downhill after Rob sold it to them IMHO. Anyway…figure it out for yourselves. But, if you want to spend $ 20+ for a 12 inch pizza, you might consider Flying Pie or Giuseppe’s.

I have officially fallen in love, with Blondies. Had planned a pizza party for my son at another pizza place in Gresham, but realized I made the reservation for the wrong time(oops!) and they couldn’t accommodate the time I needed. In a panic, I remembered Blondies’ had recently opened but wasn’t sure the space would be right. So I got my family in the car to «audition» them for dinner. We had dinner at there and had great service, great food, and fantastic layout. The architecture and design of the space is incredible — very modern, trendy, yet ultra comfortable and sophisticated. Whiskey bar in the back, plenty of comfortable seating, and a CLEAN well stocked play area by the window. It was a hit for everyone, including my young children. After the first bite of pizza I approached the woman at the counter to see about making reservations for 15. She gladly made my reservation on the spot. This weekend we had our party — took the kids to the nickel arcade first then over to Blondies for pizza, cake, and presents. The pizza was ready when I arrived, the staff was more than accommodating with an abundance of plates and napkins. Admittedly the kids got more rambunctious than I planned and we’re having a blast in the play area — the Blondies team was all smiles and accommodation, not a single complaint. Mind you, there weren’t many other patrons inside(diners were eating outside) or I would have calmed our party people! Anyway, if you haven’t given Blondies a try — DO! Their food is great, facility is amazing, and this is definitely a new fav! I’m excited to watch them thrive and will do my best to help support them with our business!

This place has potential. Great concept but poorly executed. If you’re going to have crappy order at the counter service just like across the street then the pizza, service and everything else better deliver — and it didn’t.

Well the babysitter bailed. I guess it’s family night… Wasn’t even meaning to go here we just walked by on our way to get Mexican food. Pizza ! Drinks! and a play area for my kid!!! Thank you so much. But! I came for the drinks the pizza was for my kid and no one was at the bar. The girl told me I had to wait for her boss. Who wouldn’t be back for an hour. Lame! Also she seemed… sick? Or like she just didn’t want to be there that day. Whatever though iv had bad days too. My kid had a blast. Everything was very clean for a kids area. Breadsticks were awesome. Pizza was okay though I got a taco pizza always a risk. Kind of pricy I paid almost 40 for a 14″ pizza and bread sticks and two sodas. Though I’ll pay whatever for a safe place for my kid to play and me to enjoy some nice whiskey. Also I loved that the places shows the owners character. An my kid loves the music. I will return! Hopefully this time the bar will be open. Maybe weekend are better?

The pizza is good, but the customer service is awful. We have ordered pizza from there three times. Each time the order has been wrong. They have only offered to refund our money or wait another 45 minutes for them to remake our order. Considering the price is $ 29.00 for 1 pizza. I would expect better service. They have pizza by the slice advertised on their window but none available to purchase. My advice, walk across the street to Wall Street Pizza. We will not give them another try. 3 strikes your out!

We stumbled upon this place and are so glad we did! The pizza is fantastic and the staff is extremely friendly! The bartender certainly knows his whiskey. We branched out and tried new flavors. This will be another date night for sure!

I came in today to check it out, know this is a new place and wanted to check it out. The interior is very spacious and nice and relaxing. Bar area looked cool. Pizza sold by the slice or you can buy whole pizzas from their size options. Pizza is absolutely delicious and has all the right flavors. I got myself a slice of pepperoni and i was impressed. One issue is that they had a very small selection of pizza slices. This place will definitely be a hit after awhile! Good job guys

What a great find! Fantastic pizza, friendly service and a fun(clean) play area for the kids… I think I’ve died and gone to mommy heaven! Now if only something like this would open in the West Linn area… worth the drive for a meal that everyone in the family can enjoy!

Definitely not your typical pizza place. Very cool discovery, eclectically decorated, welcoming and friendly staff. But most important– great pizza. I ordered the taco pizza to go and had a beer while waiting. Pizza was really good– will order again. The menu is not overwhelming– and I like that. Look forward to next visit to try the Walnut Gorgonzola salad. Beer selection is limited but what I had was good. They have a quaint whiskey bar in the back. Would be fun to come with friends to try that out. Worth making the trip to downtown Gresham.

First but not the last time our family will be coming here. The cheese bread is basically a small no sauce cheese pizza, so good. We ordered the large pepperoni… super cheesy with herbs sprinkled on top. The dough is very fresh tasting, just like home made. The sauce is a little plain, was the only downside. The atmosphere is really nice and updated, very comfortable. The staff was very nice as well, give them a try!

Wanted to like this place since the concept is great. While I know they are still in soft opening phase the prices are currently way too high. Sure you pay a fair amount for other local pizzerias like flying pie but with their thick crusts and loaded toppings, the price is worth it. While I have no complaints on taste, the portions are simply not worth the price. Yes, wholesome ingredients cost more but there’s too much competition from other restaurants both local and in Portland that offer high quality food for more competitive prices.

They don’t do pizza by the slice past 3pm! WHYYYYYY! I was really excited for this place, I only live a couple of blocks away, and before moving to gresham my Wife and I loved the pizza places in portland where you could get drinks and a 5 dollar slice, those places were great when you were with friends, everybody could get what they want! And if it’s just you and your wife, you don’t have to bring home half a pizzas worth of leftovers. Is the pizza good? I don’t know, I’m not going to drop 25 dollars on a full pizza when I just want a slice and a couple of drinks. It really just seems like bad business, anyone who knows anything about the food service industry knows that drinks are the profit and food is the loss leader. If they don’t start serving by the slice in the evening, I give them six months.

This place is great, and youve probably never heard of it, soft launch opening been open a week or so they said, informed us still trying to get everything spot on as far as recipes for dough and such, that said, possibly the best hangout and pizza spot in east county if not all of Portland, very curteous and attentive staff, ambiance to die for, there’s a play area with toys and books for kids! The two pizzas we ordered were wonderful. My one criticism is I am hoping they add a couple more beer taps. We ordered a Greek pizza(vegetarian) and a pizza called the Haole, however we modified it at a nominal charge to include freshly minced garlic and sundried tomatoes, it was amazing! We will definitely be back. They have my vote for best new restaurant in Gresham and coolest pizza concept its hip, its clean its just what Gresham needs.

I have been walking by this place a few times a week waiting for it to open. I was so happy to see that they are in the midst of the soft opening. I have to say that the restaurant is beautiful. I absolutely love the décor, and it is obvious that time, thought, and a good amount of cash went into making this place look as fantastic as it does. The color scheme is warm, the art and figures are unique, and the bar area is so inviting I can’t wait to bring friends. I won’t go into crazy detail on my review just yet, the staff there said they are still deciding what works best for the place and I don’t know what will change. We ordered the Haole which had pepperoni and pineapple on it. My favorite thing about the pizza was the crust. I have been waiting for a solid real thin crust pizza place. The crust was perfectly golden brown and evenly cooked on the bottom. It held its crunch slice after slice and didn’t get soaked with grease. The other thing I noticed first bite was the nice flavor of the cheese. We also moseyed on over to check out the drink situation. The bar is gorgeous, the bartender was friendly, and the drinks were spot on. The bartender talked about their plans to showcase new whiskeys. A classy specialty bar is just what the doc ordered for downtown. Honorable mention to the choice of brews on tap and bottled. Love Breakside and Hop Valley! Welcome to the neighborhood Blondie’s!

Really inviting and chill atmosphere. Lighting was perfect, and there are several seating areas formed out of different furniture. There is a small whiskey«bar» in the back corner, a lounge area with rugs and couches, a regular restaurant-style seating area, a cozy living-room-like chikdren/family area, and a standard Portland style order counter. The menu looks decent though a bit pricey…$ 30 for a large Greek pizza! Whoa! Better be amazing! It was lunch time so not very busy, and I decided to go with a simple slice and small spinach salad. The slice was decent, a good size and topped well, with a quality crust — soft and seasoned well. It was halfway between room temperature and fresh. This will be a nice place to come back with a group of friends. Now if only they had taps! Soda only, kids.
