Baskin-Robbins

Went to order my son a cake for his birthday stood there for ten minute before the clerk asked if I needed any help. I tried to ask the clerk about the prices for the cake but got ignored the clerk only help me because another custermer said i need help. Thanks for nothing Baskin Robbins.

So the ice cream was tasty the issue I had was with the staff. So my boyfriend and I went in at 10pm on Tuesday June 21^st 2015. Online it say there hours as closing at 10 but I guess summer hours are till 11pm. After getting our ice cream cones and sitting down a red head guy and a girl about high school age walked into the store and went right back behind the counter and decided to help themselves to ice cream scooping it themselves without WASHING THEIR HANDS. The girl even jump up and sat on the counter with eating behind the counter. She even grabbed the new waffle cones from which we had our ice cream cones touching the cones again WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. Then the two boys on the clock and the other two off duty I guess employees the girl and red head guy began talking about how evil some customers can be and how they charge for water cups to employees that they think are rude and not to others. It was completely unprofessional and I feel sorry for the owner of this location because the employees are terrible.

Terrible customer service!!! Don’t even bother! Closed the door early by slamming the door in my young cousin face and locking it! Apperently the employs have not learned that children are there largest market and upsetting one, really isn’t in there best financial interest.
