Alphabetix

I had a complete polar opposite experience from the review listed below.
I scoped out about six different web design companies prior to choosing Alphabetix. They did a complete redesign of my website and I couldn’t be happier. They were knowledgable, helpful and very patient.
I have referred many of my own clients to Alphabetix. When I refer a company it is a reflection on my company, so I am very careful who I refer people to.
Their prices are very reasonable. They run a very ethical business built with the same core values I have built my business on. Integrity is at the core of everything they do. I can not speak highly enough about them.
I do not work for Alphabetix and have nothing to gain by my review. But, want everyone to know that this is a great company to do business with.

I had a wonderful experience working with Alphabetix! I really didn’t have any idea of where to start when designing my website. They helped with everything from the page layout arrangement, to the content, to the colors. I was extremely happy with the way it all came together!
I have talked very highly of them and referred many people to Alphabetix for their website design. They have always been available and helpful when I needed an answer or troubleshooting.
I would describe Alphabetix as a very professional and friendly establishment with highly educated agents. They were awesome to do business with!

This place must be doing well. I contacted it in Nov. 2010 for a quote on web update include redesign and new content. Provided specifics of what I wanted and asked for a quote. Took almost three weeks for them to get back to me. By email. Based on their response, I was ready to go and told them to sign me up. Almost a month before they responded. Said they’d be in Portland and could meet with me. They’d let me know when that week. 3.5 weeks later, I contacted them again. Suggested we handle by phone. Quoted me $ 750 for redesign, content management, new content. Sounded good. Finally connected by phone, decided full redesign not needed but would take partial redesign and the rest. Sent written quote. $ 200 more than original quote for less work. I asked them about it, never heard back. Their website is awesome. Their web content sparkles. Exactly what I wanted. They look like professionals. But obviously they don’t need the business. As a former business owner myself, you can really pick and choose how you run your business. So this is how they chose to run theirs. So let’s let the world, or at least the region, know.
