I specialize in non-​religious, couple-​focused weddings and ceremonies. From small casual elopements to formal weddings, it is always important to me that every word be meaningful and relevant.

I offer sample ceremonies, non-​religious wedding readings, a variety of other options and ideas, and love getting creative. I’ll work with you to find, create and experience the ceremony that reflects your personalities and unique relationship.

My available services include wedding ceremonies, commitments, elopements, vow renewals, LGBT weddings, and rehearsals, as well as in person meetings, personalized and custom ceremonies and unlimited email and phone consultation.

I travel to your ceremony location, including areas surrounding Dexter and Chelsea, to Ann Arbor, west of Detroit, East Lansing, and Jackson.

History

Established in 2009.

I first got ordained in 2004 so I could perform a wedding for a friend who wanted a personal ceremony on the beach near her house. Neither of us were religious, and it worked out perfectly.

Again, in 2009, my sister-​in-​law announced that she was getting married, and I mentioned to her that I was still ordained, so she asked me to help with their non-​religious ceremony. I researched ceremony texts and readings, helped coordinate the rehearsal, and after performing the ceremony I realized that I absolutely loved every part of it. That’s how my business began.
