Not being from the south, I wasn’t sure what all the fuss about this chain was… however, even though the wait was ridiculous and the service was unorganized, our food was very good!

This is the location we always come to. Food is always good — hot and flavorful. Never any problems with the service. The tea is awesome and so is the Coke machine.

Love it! Quick and great. As a GHS or Greenville teacher you get a free Zappatizer. Its usually high school kids so check your order but im a fan. Dress warm if you gojinto eat as they do freeze you out inthe summer

Went to Zaxby’s because of all the hype. Went there twice, once I paid over $ 7 for a salad and I paid a similar amount on another venture for chicken fingers.
What makes Zaxby’s great is the chicken seems to be a higher quality than most but it is still greasy if you get it friend. In fact, I would say greasier than most.
Prices are high for what it is but not bad food A-​OK.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. Chicken served cold and the severs was rude. We will not be spending anymore money at Zaxby’s.
