Established in 2013.

Palmetto Outdoor Spaces was established in February 2013 as an outdoor living company, servicing Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina.

We sell and install solar screens for porches, windows, and verandas that block UV radiation, heat, and sun glare. We design, sell and install unique customized patio covers, porches, and outdoor living spaces. We also winterize existing porches or commercial dining areas with motorized clear vinyl curtains that block wind, rain, and cold air. We also have snap-​in clear vinyl curtains as a budget friendly option for homeowners.

Charlotte G.

Business Owner

Charlotte founded Carolina Property and Tranport Management Services, Inc. in December 2012 and opened Palmetto Outdoor Spaces in February 2013, offering state of the art custom designed and built patio covers, patio enclosures, and solar screens.

Charlotte previously worked as a Supply Chain Manager in automotive manufacturing for more than twenty years. After a successful career, she retired early 2012 and began volunteering at Greer Relief Food Pantry. She still volunteers when time permits, but her primary focus is managing and growing Palmetto Outdoor Spaces.
