Purchased Groupon for house cleaning. I should have known from the awkward phone tag trying to redeem the offer. Would not recommend this business. Giving 2 stars due to the fact they called and tried to get us signed up for regular cleanings and when we voiced our dissatisfaction, offered to come clean again at no charge. We declined but appreciated the offer.
I’ve used another cleaning company on a local deal website who did a much better job in the same amount of time with one less person. Would not recommend MCS.

MCS is a horrible business. Anyone who has experienced their service could attest to this. What a waste of time and money!

I now call the owner «Scam» instead of «Sam». No showed me twice for a home cleaning. Will not answer his phone. Rude texts. He’s an absolute jerk and I’m sure this company is either not legit or Sam has no clue how to run a service based business. I’ve reported him to Groupon where I purchased his service and will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I scheduled this company for my move in Greenville 2 months in advance. A few days prior to my move, I called them and confirmed my move date (including the day before). On the move date, they never showed up nor was I able to get through to them on the telephone. By 1:30pm, I had to arrange for a different company to come move me in an emergency circumstance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They cannot be trusted.

I used this cleaning service back in September for a flat rate and paid via credit card the day of service. Once I received my credit card bill, it was charged 5 separate times at the same flat rate! I called the company several times and when they finally responded, Dan said he would take care of it. Unfortunately, I am still going through the dispute process with my credit card company. Since no one answers the phone, they may be out of business now.

Similar to other reviews… I confirmed twice prior to move date and day of they emailed and cancelled. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

This mover is AWFUL and the customer service is despicable.
I had confirmed my moving schedule via phone and email leading up to my move, yet on the day of, they didn’t show or call. My father and I left countless voicemails and sent text messages trying to get ahold of Sam, the owner, when he didn’t show up. It’s been over 24 hours and I’ve still heard nothing.
Their absence left me in a huge dilemma, given that I was on a tight moving time line and my move was scheduled for 12 – 2. By 3, when they hadn’t shown up or called, I had to scramble to rent a UHaul, beg friends for help, and make the move on my own. This added unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation, not to mention the additional out of pocket costs on top of the money I already spent.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

This really is the worst moving company ever. They just never showed up! They kept calling and assuring me they’d be just a little longer but ultimately they declined my calls and never came.
I lost a lot of money having to get another mover and vacating my apartment late. They will be hearing from my attorney.

The 5 star review is probably from a friend. My experience was much like Amy and Julie. I had an appointment for 10AM. I called around 830AM after taking my son to daycare, to ensure my appointment was still in tact given I received no confirmation call. Sam assured they would be there. When no one showed up at 1015AM, I called to see if the crew was lost or running late. Sam told me he’d check with the crew and call back. 45 min went by, so I called him with no answer. Then I called again hoping to get a person. I refused to leave a voicemail. I would have liked if he took ownership, answered the phone and just said the crew wasn’t coming and he was sorry for the inconvenience. But, I got nothing. So, I called
and explained the situation. I was able to get a full refund. So, if anyone had the same experience on
, then it may be worth calling to get your money back.
I’m glad that I wasn’t depending on his truck, because I was able to call my crew of friends and got the move done in more time expected, but got it done. Steer clear of this company if you want to actually get moved.

I saw the deal for MCS on living social and called right away to make an appointment. My appointment time was 9 am, at 9:15 I called to ask where they were. Without explanation they apologized and rescheduled for 1pm, at 1:20 I found myself calling again. They said they would check on the crew and call me right back, it is now 3:00 and three messages later I have not heard from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company unless you want to waste your day off waiting for them like I did.
