Krumms on the Plate is a full service licensed catering company that provides catering to your home, office or off-​site event. We provide catering and event services for any event — anything from weekday lunch meetings, to lavish receptions and weddings. We also offer onsite event space at our Krumms on the Plate location. We’ve made it our mission to provide great tasting food and personalized service that leads to quality events and happy events.

Our culinard trained Executive Chef has years of experience in fine dining and catering. Our Chef has a passion for creating that perfect dish for the most discerning palate. Add to that, the background of a Registered Dietitian, who has 30 years of experience, gives this Krumms team the ability too also help customers with special food allergies and dietary restrictions or just looking for healthier options. We are the only catering company in our area, owned by a Registered Dietitian.

History

Established in 2014.

We’ve been working in dietetics for over 30 years, and her knowledge and practice of nutrition counseling ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics. She opened Upstate Nutrition Consultants– Plate 108’s parent company– in 1999 with a vision to meet the needs of those searching for a healthier way of life. Plate 108 has served as an excellent outlet for the general public and patients of Upstate Nutrition to transfer what they learn about nutrition to creating their own healthy, delicious meals in the kitchen.

The demand for a healthy alternative for catered goods has lead Plate 108’s fearless leader to branch out to yet another field where healthy, nutritious meals meet everyday needs. Krumms on the Plate is a catering company that is committed to making delectable sandwiches, hot meals and more. Wendy is eager and passionate to continue to get scrumptious and nutritious food into the hands and bellies of everyone in the Upstate.
