Back in October I shattered the top of my screen very badly. After months of dealing with a broken front camera I decided to take my phone to Greenwoods UBreakIFix. I had heard good recommendations from family members so I thought nothing of the problems that were to come. Initially, I took my phone in just for a screen replacement. After arriving, the worker told me my LCD was damaged as well. He then convinced me to purchase a new case and a new glass screen protector… Bringing my total to $ 214.49. I was told the wait would be an hour, so I left for a bit and came back nearly 30 minutes later. Arriving again, I was greeted by another young worker explaining my guy was almost finished with my phone. After getting my phone back I left the store thankful. I got home and began texting like regular and I noticed my phone was acting odd. Anytime I tried to text other buttons would be pressed, without me doing so. My phone was uncontrollable and it had never done this before going to fix it. I called back immediately (it took awhile for my phone to work right) and the guy who answered had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. He was stuttering, trying to come up with words and after raising my voice he finally told me to come back to the store. I then made another 30 minute trip back. They explained it would be under warranty for the issue but acted as if they didn’t want to allow it. Another 45 minutes sitting there and two other customers came in. The young guy apologized to both of them for mix ups on his end as well… So it wasn’t just me I guess. After getting my phone back my touch passcode is no longer working and I have a vivid rainbow light to the right side of my phone. I don’t understand who hires people for a tedious job when they obviously can’t perform. Maybe try a different location but I would definitely avoid this one.

We have had three phones fixed at this location. The first 2 were cracked screen repairs. The last was what looked like a screen failure issue. They replaced the screen and 24 hours later it started doing the same thing it was before. They replaced the phone just so that I would have a working device. They have been so great. I think they need to add «stress reliever» to their company description! They work fast, their prices are reasonable and all of the staff are friendly and helpful!

Everyone needs to go here for any cell phone or tablet repair! I was SO impressed! My husband and I took our iPad in because it had a blank screen. We were helped by very polite staff. They offered to do a free diagnostic test to check out the problem. After returning a couple of hours later, the iPad was as good as new. He said it was a simple software reset. I will be returning here in the future due to the excellent and knowledgeable service we received!

I came here after calling five other local cell phone repair places to get a price quote on replacing a shatter iPhone 6 screen. They had the best price by far and were very friendly on the phone. My experience in store was even better. Benjamin was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. He explained everything to me in an easy to understand way that made me feel one hundred percent confident in the quality of their materials and work. He even went so far as to call a nearby version authorized retailer to ask a question for me. My phone was ready in under 30 minutes and looks fantastic. I will definitely return if I ever unfortunately break another phone!

The Guys did a fantastic job repairing my son’s iPhone when a nearby repair store said they wouldn’t be able to do it. Would highly recommend.

I stopped by here on my way to Chicago in a hurry and they had it fixed and perfectly working in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The workers are hot too, which doesn’t hurt. Oh and they give a discount on cases so you can prevent whatever stupid thing you did that caused you to be there from happening again.

I went in with a broken digitizer and they fixed my phone within 30 min!!! They even offered me a great deal where I can get it replaced, add a screen protector and a durable case to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Not only that, the staff was SUPER nice. I felt so comfortable in there and I knew I was dealing with professionals. They proceeded to tell me as well that they use the same parts that apple uses, which makes it even better. And the pricing was AMAZING!!! I’ll definitely be back if I break something else (hoping I don’t though).

This place is great! I discovered the business on google’s ads. Their website had a chat box for questions which was incredibly friendly and gave immediate response. Since my phone was broken and I could not use my phone for a map, their website gave clear and simple directions to their greenwood location. My iphone 5s screen and LCD was replaced well within their 45 min estimated time. I had my highly energized two year old with me and they put on a movie on their TV for him which was very considerate! Thank you to Benjamin, who helped us through an easy and pleasant experience!

So happy! After I dropped my iPhone 6 and shattered the screen, I went to 2 other places to get quotes that were extremely high. They did a great job replacing the screen and it only took about 45 min and was about $ 40 lowere in price than the others! If I break anything else on my phone or iPad this is where I will go!
