History
Established in 2014.
Co-owners are Art Schlangen and Jim Girdley. Art came to Jim with an idea of providing quality air duct cleaning from a company with honesty, integrity, and transparency. A business plan was created, they went to the bank, and hundreds of hours and details later, Rescue Duct, LLP was born.

Meet the Business Owner
Art S.
Business Owner
Art graduated from Beech Grove High School in 1978. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Coast Guard. After being honorably discharged he worked in the oil patch in south Texas until he began his career as a firefighter 1983 when he was hired as industrial firefighter. He moved back to Indiana and was hired with the City of Franklin Fire Department in 1989. He is currently a Lieutenant with a total of 30 years of service. Arts past time is upland and waterfowl hunting, camping, fly fishing.
Jim G.
Jim graduated from Center Grove High School in 1975 and continued working in the family construction business, building houses and apartments. He left the family construction for Eli Lilly and Company and joined the Indiana Army National Guard. He worked in construction, purchasing, and program management at Lilly before becoming a full time Guards 2002. Jim retired in late 2011 as a lieutenant colonel. Fly fishing, hiking, and taking «the road less traveled» are his passions
