We love eating at this place and the food is great. Unfortunately the service is inconsistent. One day they told us we had a 20 minute wait and we ended up waiting for about an hour. The following week which is today, they told us we had a wait time of 20 minutes and after 25 minutes we noticed that they let a group which was larger than ours go before us and we were there at least 10 minutes before they got there. Unfortunately, I don’t believe we will be returning. Will miss the food. I hope they get their service in line. We have met the manager and seems to be a great guy. I hope this review helps them improve.

Been there more than once. Horrible service unless you sit in the bar. Went there with some friends to celebrate & sat in dining room. Worst service we’ve ever had. Very disappointed! Told my spouse to never take me back there again!

My wife and I have been here a few times for lunch. It’s always been good. I get a chicken sandwich and my wife gets a salad. She loved the balsamic vinaigrette so much she bought a pint of it to take home with her.

Your standard American restaurant, similar to Applebees in some ways but probably less sodium. I recommend the Bruschetta Chicken. The menu describes it as «Lightly seasoned grilled chicken breast topped with mozzarella cheese, fresh tomato bruschetta, basil and olive oil, finished with a drizzle of tangy balsamic glaze. Served with your choice of side item.» It’s probably the best menu item and is rather healthy in comparison to other items. Get the mashed potatoes! I am a fan! French fries are tasty and so are the chicken tenders. This location always seems to be bustling and I’ve been there several times; service is usually good but can slack when they get busy. I love that they have pie and am looking forward to trying that on a future visit.

Used to be nice but this visit was very bad. First not enough staff at 4 in the afternoon on s Saturday so a 30 min wait. We both ordered a dish with chicken, we could not eat either. It is hard to explain but was like it was all gristel and fat. We let the server know and the response was«yes it is a new vendor and that is just how it is». No offer to make it right or offer anything else. The bathroom was a wreck.

Very disappointed. We both got chicken dishes. Both pieces of chicken were unedible. Server checked with kitchen and we were told chicken from a new supplier. Manager went to most tables but not ours. We did not ask to see the manager but the server and kitchen should have told him. He walked by our table and smiled but didn’t stop.

I usually eat here often and it’s great but just recently I have been ordering to go. I have waited in my car for over 20 minutes, they have forgotten food, and they never deliver what I order. If you do decide to eat here, dine in because their to go service is horrible.

I’ve lived near this O’Charley’s for about a decade now and eat here every few months. Lately though I’ve been unimpressed with the service. Once upon a time I was a waitress, so I understand how hard it is, and that sometimes you just have an off day. But this place seems to be constantly full of wait staff having bad days. I’m often left waiting for 5 minutes or more before someone comes over to introduce themselves and get drink orders. The hubs and I have learned to put our order in at this time, because it may be another 5 — 10 minutes before we see our server again. And when it’s time for the check? Again, we are left waiting. So we make a point to put the check back into the server’s hand before they leave the table, because it could be awhile before we see them again otherwise. So why do we keep coming back? Well, it’s close. And the food is pretty good. Just don’t go here if you’re in any sort of rush.

We called before arriving and were told they currently were at a 15 minute wait time. Seeing as how we live only minutes away, we arrived at a 25 – 30 minute wait. After 45 minutes, the manager made several stops by us to let us know they were waiting on 2 groups of people to get up and the first to leave would be our table. As the tables continued to talk, I was becoming more frustrated. Finally, when our time came to be sat, we were set beside eachother at 2 booths with the dividers pulled away. It was nice, not what I envisioned, but nice. The manager then delivered 2 appetizers to our table as a way of saying Thank You for our patience. I was sold! As someone of the service industry — this is the mark of a TRUE manager. He went out of his way to ensure we knew that they knew we were waiting. Then he kept us happy with a couple appetizers, which we didn’t ask for. Our server was very friendly and courteous, prompt with our salads, which we weren’t charged for. Overall this was a wonderful experience and we will be back!

We eat here a couple times a month and for the most part it is always good and consistent. There have been a few servers that have lacked any kind of personality, but the food is always tasty, the beer is always cold and the Managers always seem genuinely concerned that you are having a good experience.

My wife and I come here a lot with her parents, it’s her dad’s favorite. I have to agree, it’s a really great place to eat. The food is very good, and the dinner rolls they bring before your meals are very tasty. My two favorite entrees are the Baby Back Ribs and the Grilled Atlantic Salmon basted with chipotle bbq sauce. They also have tasty desserts. My father-in-law likes the Brownie Lover’s Brownie, but my favorite is the Ooey Gooey Caramel Pie. If you can’t decide on one or the other then get the Dessert Trio because it has both of these, plus Cinnamon Sugar Donuts. The prices aren’t bad. The whole staff is friendly and are usually on top of things. The service is good, and if there is any problem with your meal they will fix it right away. We have never had a bad experience here.

I have only been here twice, but they do have yummy rolls. Their prices are okay. They really don’t stand out as a restaurant. Nothing to really set them apart from Applebee’s or Chili’s or TGI Friday’s. As far as this particular store goes. It’s okay. It’s similar to Applebees, which is right next door. They have decorations from the local schools.(Center Grove, Greenwood, Whiteland) I have heard dessert is good, but I have never tried it myself.
