Matt Barrick

Had a couple estimated on installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit in each of two duplex units. Also had a couple ducts which needed fixed or repaired.
Let me say I don’t care for contractors as a whole most of the time because I simply don’t trust them. I always feel the work tends to be poor quality whether you can tell this upfront or in months or years to come when issue start to arise with the work… or the bill doesn’t seem to add up, etc., etc., BUT let me just say Matt Barrick MAY HAVE CHANGED MY VIEW OF CONTRACTORS as a whole!
Matt Barrick IS GREAT!!! I didn’t feel like he hid anything, was VERY straight forward and forth coming on what he thought should be done and how he would do it. AND as a VERY reasonable price!!!
He showed up on time of 5 – 10 minutes early on every occasion. Would do his work as quietly as he could and would always ask before varying from the original plan (IF needed) and used a side door (which he always closed behind him) to avoid tracking through the whole house and then cleaned up his mess when he was finished. He finished in very close proximity to the estimate in which he gave. And he came in right at what he had quoted or under.

Need HVAC work, hire this man… I love that there are still hard working honest workers out there that do the job as I would have done myself!
