What a fabulous company to work with. When I called to schedule my appointment they worked around my schedule. This is the third time that I have used Grove’s to fix one of my appliances. My technician was on time, considerate and clean up after himself. I will continue to use Grove’s for future appliance repairs. Thanks!

My service was over a year ago but worthy of a review. My dishwasher wasn’t working properly and I had called a «recommended» service from Angie’s List. The guy came out, cleaned a couple things, charged me and left. After washing the dishes, it was clear he fixed nothing. I called Groves and told them the same information I had told the other guy and their repairman quickly took a couple things apart and pulled out the chopper, which was broken and causing my problem. The first repairman I used was too lazy to even try. I will use Groves for all my future work. I have also recommended them to my friends with positive results.

Set up an appointment with Groves through the Maytag web site. Could not be happier with the service! Appointment was between 8 and noon. The Serviceman called at 7:30 that he was on his way and arrived right at 8. He quickly identified the issue, ran to get a part and completed the job in no time at all. I liked the way he explained what was wrong, what might go wrong in the future and gave me the choice as to whether to fix it now, or take my chances. Service charge plus 3 parts costs me less than $ 200 — well worth it to get my dryer working again. I would definitely use them again,
