Arni’s

Love the grilled tenderloin. We order takeout from Arni’s regularly, and it is always tasty, fresh, and fast!

The food is good and the service is pretty good too. In a beautiful part of Greenwood. They have a great selection.

We arrived for lunch with our 16 month old son. The hostess informed us a high chair would get in the way, so we would need to use a booster. She then led us to a booth, which we could not safely attach the booster seat to. There was also very little foot traffic, as the area we were seated in was nearly empty. After waiting nearly fifteen minutes for our server, I informed her we couldn’t use the booster, which she took without asking if we would like a high chair instead. Needless to say, we left at this point, so I can’t comment on the food, but the service was incredibly disappointing.

The service was way way too slow. Seemed like we waited forever for our lunch and then again for our bill and then again to get our bill back. Our waiter was nice enough but he stayed in the kitchen pretty much the entire time we we there.
My grilled shrimp tacos would have been delicious if I could have tasted the shrimp, but they were drowning in chipotle hot sauce.

Pizza & breadsticks are great. Reminds me a lot of Pizza King thin crust. Food has been good both times we have been here.

First time at Arni’s, it was pretty good.
We got the junior salad and a pepperoni pizza.
Salad was good with the turkey, ham, and mozzarella toppings. The greenway could’ve been a little better, think I may have got the last of the bag.

Ok, a person just have to love Arni’s! I enjoyed the one in Lafayette when in College, I enjoyed the Southside location when living on the Southside. I have enjoyed the Lebanon location. Let’s face it, if there is an Arni’s nearby, I’m going to stop in. This was a gathering with family at the Southside location and we had such a great time. The pizza was amazing, the staff was truly incredible. We have a tendency to be a crazy group when all together, their team played right along. Definitely plan on stopping back in very soon.

Good pizza in a nice environment, just outside the busy parts og Greenwood. Had a chance to try their deserts today, and wow I’m impressed. Friendly hostesses and staff, my drink was practically bottomless. I’ll be back, and I’ll meet you at Arnie’s!

The food is decent. The service is acceptable. My son really likes this place. It’s a little out of our way, but I would consider eating here again if I am in the area.

Before we went to eat here, I thought it was just a pizza place, but I was so wrong! We’ve eaten here 3 – 4 times and it’s wonderful each time.
My husband loves their BBQ chicken pizza and always gets a bigger one so he has leftovers for later.
I typically go for the Ragin’ Cajun Chicken Sandwich, which is amazing! It’s spicy, so you don’t like spice, this isn’t the choice for you.
Don’t wait as long as I did to try Arni’s!

Just blah. Too overpriced. Our service was really poor. No drink refills — we were eating ice! The server never was visible to even ask for more. It was very apparent they were not invested in our dining experience. Kids meals were standard fare. I had the chili Mac — how do you make chili that bland? I did not finish it. My hubby had shrimp tacos — two small tacos that were sauce heavy and maybe ¼ cup of sweet potato fries — the kids got more food than he did. It just wasn’t pleasant at all. For $ 60, I expect WAY more than what we got from food to service. Sorry Arni’s, not coming back. Should’ve just done drive through and saved $ 40!

Saturday night pizza for 2 families here was a huge success. We were overnighting while at a soccer tournament and were looking for a local pizza joint that was both family friendly and had a good brew selection. This place was a 5 star in both! The pizza was super. Thin, but tasty. Had a chicken-​jerk, some southern style one, and another with meat. All were served up quickly, hot, and delicious. Quaff beer was on tap. Never having one I asked for a recommendation. Waitress said one tasted like a Guinness and the other was like a miller lite. Ha, not much of a choice there, huh? The dark Irish styled beer was refreshing and very drinkable. Love the Quaff. Loaded fries were also a great appetizer.

I love their pizza and sweet potato fries, in their restaurant. I think they need to stay out of the «tent» pizza service though. I had their pizza at mallow run and it’s not close to as good as when you get it at the restaurant.
They didn’t have the equipment to bake on site or apparently anything to warm it up or keep it hot so unfortunately I have to rate my review with that experience included.

I used to live at the apartments right next door, so believe me I wish this were a good place.
They’ve got Wee Mac and Fat Tire and Busted Knuckle on tap, which are three of my favorites, which is nice. But they close so early — what is the point of even having a bar when you close this early? I used to want to watch Monday Night Football there, and I’d walk up and they’d already have the chairs up on the tables.
The pizza is not good. The bar food is typically pretty good, if typical.
One time I ordered their cheeseburger on a pretzel bun. The pretzel bun very obviously had blue mold on it. So I pointed this out — they took the burger away, and the manager came out a few minutes later, apologized, and gave me another burger. *The second one also had blue mold on it!* Possibly more. How can you not even look down to check that the burger doesn’t have mold on it the second time around? When he brought the third burger out, he explained that the whole bag of pretzel buns had been moldy. Shocking.
If you serve up moldy food to a customer, take it back, and serve up more moldy food, you have go to do better than merely offering a few bucks off of that burger on the final bill. It was a while ago, but I don’t even think they refunded the full price of the burger — and they certainly didn’t comp me or my fiancée anything else. So this cheapness basically begged for me to tell others about the incident. Kudos.

OK as long as you don’t get the Stromboli. It’s not advertised as spicy and yet it was extremely so. Also not a fan of the very fine crumbled dry sausage, very difficult to eat.

This is based on my 1 experience there…
40 minute wait, while an entire dining room was clear. Waitress checked up on us every minute before we ordered but didn’t check on us more than once after we got our food. The pizza was not that great (I tried the BBQ Chicken. and it was just okay) and the bus boy showed his attitude/​dislike toward us for staying more than an hour talking, while he wanted to clean our table. I barely felt comfortable there, while being watched by him…
My husband didn’t care for their cajun pasta (he said it had no flavor. and I tried it and couldn’t even stomach a 2^nd bite. not worth the pasta calories if you can’t taste anything!)
Upsides: fries are tasty, quesadilla app was delicious, and I remember my friend loving his pretzel burger. :)
Sorry for a short review, but just wasn’t that great. Nothing more to write.

I went to Purdue and have eaten at the original Arni’s location many times. This location takes the great pizza I’m used to and puts it in a spacious, comfortable space that makes the experience that much better. Arni’s is probably my favorite thin crust pizza and this location delivered 100%. The pizza was good, the service was good, the night was good. Amen.

My go to place when I’m with my boyfriend. The pizza and breadsticks are great. Plus there are generally wine specials which is always a win. They even have a birthday club and you get a sweet coupon the month of your birthday. Like I needed more incentive to go back :)
