My husband and choose this Starbucks over the Belleview locations almost daily. The staff changes frequently, but the service is consistently good.

I would suggest this one to anyone that has suffered through the nonsense at Starbucks in the Promenade(off of Belleview). They’re friendly and most importantly FAST. The parking at this location gets a little wonky, but that’s a small thing. This is my Starbucks as long as I work in the DTC!

Literally the WORST Starbucks ever. Every single girl that works here was so rude when I stopped into the store. I’m a partner as well and the fact that the partners at this store we’re cursing on the floor, is so unprofessional. I will never return to this store. Such poor service and very unfriendly partners. Only one partner was sweet at this location. Definitely stay away.

Smaller than your typical Starbucks but the service of the staff more than make up for the size. They’re friendly and actually listen to what you order! Imagine that! I normally order my cold drinks(whatever it may be) with easy ice– it absolutely baffles me when people do not understand this concept but they get it right here every time. I once when to a Starbucks downtown that gave me EXTRA ice versus easy ice, and when I asked for them to top off my drink(iced black tea) they then proceeded to fill up my cup with more ice… Not here! Competent, friendly, convenient to those that work in the neighboring businesses.

This is a nice smaller Starbucks. He doesn’t have a drive-through and has room for maybe 50 people but it said nice spot to hang out

Nothing out of the ordinary as it relates to Starbucks. I head in 2 – 3 times per week. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The only drawbacks are the size of the shop is small and the hours of operation are limited. It’s hard to fault SB for either as real estate isn’t cheap and DTC is a ghost town after 5PM. These two reasons are why I give 4 stars versus 5.

This Starbucks still remains just so-so in my eyes… I recently went in for a mid-afternoon coffee and treat. I had my eyes on either the cake pops or the chocolate brownies, and the lady right in front of me bought both pops and all the brownies in the case. The guy working there didn’t seem too sorry when I said, «Oh, that’s what I was going to get», and said they were out for the day… How does a busy Starbucks not stock enough treats for the day? And then, when he was ringing up my coffee he said, «You don’t want a dessert anymore?» and I expressed that I really wanted the brownie. In my eyes, a good Starbucks would have either comped my drink or given me a coupon for a free treat the next time I came in… I was disappointed.

Crowded but they treat people right and never make you feel bad for buying just one cup of Joe.

It’s a Starbucks… Overall, this particular Starbucks is located of the beaten path inside a strip mall off of DTC Boulevard and Orchard Road. It is also quite smaller than most Starbucks which makes it feel busier than it really is. I come here because it happens to be the closest coffee shop to my office and I often like to get away from the Ivory Tower and plug away on busy work while I people watch. The staff here seems to be on their game and from what I can tell, the general population seems happy with the service. Today, I set up shop and ordered my drink. The place was pretty busy… after 10 or so minutes of working I realized I didn’t have my drink. I went up to the counter and either someone forgot to make it or someone accidentally thieved my iced green tea but the staff was quick to prepare my drink and provide me with a free drink voucher for my trouble… Gotta love service with a smile!

This place is WAY too busy! In the mornings the line is almost out the door. The product itself is pretty generic Starbucks, but nothing out of the ordinary. I guess come at off hours?

I like coffee. I have a pump driven espresso machine. We were doing vacuum coffee until we broke the delicate thing. This is Starbucks. Single handled granted for bringing european style coffee to the united states. They do deserve some credit there. Yet this is Starbucks. Thousands of stores, facilities roasting more beans than Folgers does(these days). I find starbucks espresso lacking. The coffee is pretty similar to any nearby coffee place.. .I really don’t find their coffee all that different than the coffee at our cafeteria. So it is a mixed review. The coffee is fine, if not exceptional. The barristas rely on these auto grind machines that any self respecting Barrista would not touch.(to Tamp or not to tamp). Do not expect a rose petal drawn in your latte. Yet if you work in the area and want a latte. .what is your alternative? You want to drive downtown to Stellas or something — lets get real. Location earns this starbucks 3 stars.

To say I loathe this location would be an understatement. I’ve stopped by here a few times because it’s near my work but after my experience here on Christmas Eve morning, I will never come here again. I went in to order an Americano and the poor mans version of Christina Ricci who always seems to be there with a bad attitude was working cashier. I ordered my drink with a male barista(shorter with facial hair, always super nice) and then waited a few seconds to pay. When I got up to the counter, she just looked at me with a look of disdain with no hello, how are you, good morning, etc. just«What are we getting for you?» I told her grande americano and she saw my phone with the app and pointed to the scanner for me to scan my card. After I scanned it all I got was«You’re set» again, no have a good day, thanks, nothing. But the people after me got a huge greeting«Hello, how are you? Good morning?» from her so I’m not sure what the deal is with this girl but she completely ruins my experience each time I go here. Besides that, it’s always packed with the people who work across the way and each time I’ve been I like to think it’s going to be a quick, polite process but never is. On a brighter note, I wrote a letter to corporate about the rude chick and they said that they will be letting the manager know about her attitude so I hope they take some action.

why can’t I get $ 20 changed? Would break a $ 20 bill make your business really difficult?

Eh, this Starbuck’s is alright. Nothing special about the service here, and the parking can be congested. I only stop at this Starbuck’s if I’m on the verge of losing it because I haven’t had my caffeine.

Mmmm… Starbucks. I don’t drink coffee or really eat pastries that much, so Starbucks doesn’t have much to offer for me. However, they have good water and are a great place to plant yourself when you’re killing time. The staff here were quick and courteous, and the bathroom was clean, so I don’t have any complaints.

I find this Starbucks on Orchard to be a lot faster(and a bit quieter) than it’s cousin on Belleview next to Cool River. Better place to meet people when you need to talk and not strain to hear them.

This location ranks HIGHEST for service and consistency to any Starbucks thus far! Even when it’s busy, it is worth the wait. The staff is caring and efficient! Your drink is always right and you are always treated well! My patronage was automatic!

The is the other option to the crazy bellview location. Don’t go right at 8am straight up — or break times(not positive, but basically if there are no parking spots, just keep driving) It get’s beyond crowded! Staff is generally friendly, drink is always correct.

My neighborhood, not really, Starbucks. This is my work Starbucks. So close, I can literally walk across the parking lot and I’m there. Love this place. What I heart about Starbucks are the truly happy and friendly people who work there. It’s just a fun experience. As I mentioned, it’s super close to my work, so visits are made frequently here. Never a problem.
