I graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1990 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I’ve been in the Mortgage and Real Estate business since 1993. I worked as an engineer for a few years and soon realized that working directly with people in a sales capacity was my passion. Once I realized this, I found my calling in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry. I’ve help thousands of people get new mortgages and homes across the United States ever since.

My wife and I went under contract at the end of 2015 on a house that we loved. We had been pre-​approved for a non-​traditional zero credit FHA loan with a large national bank and we were cruising along through the home buying process when I received a call from them the morning of the appraisal that they were revoking our loan because it was non-​traditional.
Long story short, I had to scramble that day to find a lender who would be able to close our loan by the same closing date. I received Chae’s contact info and he assured me that he would be able to do it. I was obviously skeptical, but here we are now with a home! Chae was REALLY fast and responsive, and super helpful.

I have bought and refinanced property several times. Working with Chae was the EASIEST, and least stressful experience I have ever had. In the past, I have had mortgage officers stress me out to the max because of their full court press sales personality. He wasn’t pushy (there was never a «you better lock in now! rates are rising! the sky is falling!» conversation), he was thorough, and honest. I appreciated his calm, professional, yet super friendly demeanor. I also liked how he used technology and our SmartPhones to communicate, as well as procure information. No need for several trips into his office to drop off documents. He made everything as convenient as possible. He also brought the best deal possible for me to the table. Amazing.
Super pleasant experience from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend him. He is a rainmaker.

Made the process easy and answered any and all of the questions I had. I was offered several different options with everything from no closing costs with money back to paying closing costs but with a rock bottom rate. Chae offered great low rate loans and explained everything. Closing was a breeze. The loan process was very fast as well, they were very quick. I was the one that ended up holding up the process sometimes.

We looked at several mortgage brokers and lenders to purchase our home, and the only one that could make it happen by the closing date was Professional Mortgage Source. They said they could do it, and they did. From filling out the loan application to closing took approximately 3 weeks. The whole process went fairly seamlessly, and ours was a somewhat complicated borrowing scenario. Chae was very reassuring throughout the whole process since we had our doubts about closing on time, and he and Shannon really made it happen. We’re certainly glad we went with them!
