Not happy about the fact that this is a self-​serve golf store. I wanted to buy a new driver, but wasn’t sure which one would fit me. I just jumped in to one of the video analysis and started just hitting away drivers nearby, with never getting any help from anyone. I finally got assistance when I told an associate that I wanted to hit a $ 300 driver, he took the time to tape it up for me, but never asked if I needed any assistance. Dint know if they were busy rearranging the store or what, but I had no luck of any help. I was better off going to Golf Galaxy where I got price matched and service (non-​commisioned).

Work on having more than one register open. Apparently there is only one woman that can approve anything or is backup for the register. Suggest better training and empowerment on your cashiers.

Looking for Xmas gift to myself new set of irons to replace my old Calloways. Walked in to store and went to golf pro desk and they flaged Adam. Told Adam my story fitted me with three types of clubs which I got to try out on there virtual golf range. Showed me two great little tips that will allow me to flog my summer weekend buddies this summer. If you want to shave some strokes off your game get your clubs and help here.

Stopped by to look for some new clubs. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff. After wondering around the store a bit, I stopped an employee, his name was Chuck, to ask him a couple of questions about some clubs that could better fit me than the blades that I was playing with. He dropped what he was doing and showed me a few clubs and then took me to an empty driving range bay to let me test some out. He didn’t stop there, he went over the analysis of my swing and ball flight over the computer and went off and grabbed a few other clubs that might fit my swing. I’ve never experienced such great customer service!

My mom bought me a putter at sports authority but she forgot to get the box and I needed to check it on the plane back to Los Angeles. I went to sports authority and they didn’t even check to see if they had one extra in the back. The guy at PGA Tour Superstore (Mark?) not only found anyone but he took a good 15 minutes to hunt one down. Needless to say I will bring my business here instead of sports authority in the future.

Lots of great stuff and deals. They had a great selection of Travis Matthew clothes, but I was a bit disappointed in their Ashworth collection. The need more CSU RAM gear, it was all CU Buff stuff in the college section.

I signed up for the ‘Get Golf Ready’ program that’s for ladies and consists of 6 sessions. They were only $ 99 total and if you don’t have your own clubs, they will pick demos for you to use. The classes start you off from the small swings up to drivers etc. I would definitely recommend this as they use their cameras and screen booths so you get to see how you progress.
Store wise, I have found the staff nothing but extremely friendly. They’re always meandering around and stop to see if there is anything they can assist with. As a new golfer, I was able to find a bag for my clubs and new shoes for just under $ 100. Check the shoe clearance section as if you’re not too picky, they have tons of options!
I would definitely recommend this shop no matter what your golfing needs are! It’s not often that you can just walk in and practice your putting with your choice of putters.

These bad reviews are totally bogus. I didn’t make it 10 feet in the door before someone asked me if I needed help with anything. I told them I had nothing and wanted to start from scratch for golf. Told them my budget and they took me from start to finish without trying to sell me outside of my budget. An employee fitted me, set me up to hit on their simulators, and even gave me some great pointers. Awesome employees, awesome store.

The service was TERRIBLE! Non-​existent actually. I walked in and looked at the equipment for 15 – 20 minutes, and despite all the employees I saw walking around, no one offered assistance. So i walked. I hope they don’t work on commission.

This is the largest golf store in the Denver area. They have all the golf and tennis equipment that you need. They have the largest selection of golf and tennis apparel, they offer lessons, they even have an indoor practice facility, and an indoor tennis court.
