Ethereal Day Spa

Had a great massage from Jay today — perfect balance between relaxation and working out my knots. He really seemed to know which areas needed deep pressure work and which needed a more gentle massage without me saying anything.
The spa is nice and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
I would give 5 stars, except the spa is a little small, and the mani/​pedi room was right next to the room I had my massage. There was basically no sound insulation, so I could hear the people in the nail room as if they were sitting right next to me. I could totally hear every word of their conversation. I thought they were standing right outside the door. It was distracting, but I just kept trying to refocus on the great massage I was getting.
I will definitely go back to Jay — hope there is a quieter room. :)

Had my nails done on my birthday.. Very nice envoriment. … Offered fruit imfused water or tea… Just a little expensive rock star mani 45.00… I haven’t found any where else as nice so I will be back ;)

I love, love, LOVE this place! Starting with the front desk staff, everyone who works there is pleasant and very helpful. The spa is clean, inviting, and they have the best products and treatments. Try the Russian Banya with Olga!

Really enjoyed my massage and shellac manicure here. I had a Spa Finder gift certificate and had no trouble redeeming for services. I booked a massage and manicure and had superb service during my visit. Renee did my nails and did a beautiful job! Sometimes I feel like you are rushed through a manicure, but she paid great attention to her job. Sarah gave me a sports massage that was also excellent. I enjoyed that they have a variety of massages to choose from. I’ll be back!

My husband and I recently visited for pedicures (Shellac & standard Men’s) together. Our experience was fantastic. There was little to no wait, everyone was polite and kind, and did not pressure me to purchase any service or product other than what I came for. The techs, Renee and Michelle (I think? I feel terrible that I don’t remember her name.) were extremely knowledgeable in answering my questions about everything that the spa offered, as well as telling me about the wonderful kid’s club that the athletic center offers, in case I could not find a babysitter. The spa itself was immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The entire experience was relaxing and fantastic. I will definitely return for all of my spa needs.

I went there for a facial with Katya and it was wonderful. I would have given this 5 stars but then went back for a facial wax with Mary and had a horrible experience. She spent the entire time telling me how bad my skin was and if I bought her products how it would improve my skin. As if getting a facial wax isn’t bad enough, she made the experience horrible. At no point did I show interest and I almost had to tell her to be quiet. I literally sat there silently, not responding. Then she kept trying to push pamphlets on me and talked my ear off while I was trying to check out. I was trying to get to a class and I had to cut her off and tell her I needed to leave. It was awful! I do love the spa but will NEVER get an appointment with her again! Hopefully, she’ll get some training on reading people!

What an «Ethereal» experience! The front desk customer service was top notch, friendly, conversational, and on point. The ambiance was tranquil, cozy, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. After being offered hot tea or fruit water, I was given my own locker with a key, a robe and the choice of having flip flops to walk around the spa in. Then there was my massage with Jan! She was very sweet and asked me if there were any specific areas I needed work on, though during the massage I realized she was a very seasoned and talented masseuse who didn’t need direction at all. She worked on my problem areas and surprised me by finding other problem areas and tight muscles I forgot existed! She was very through and had some different and successful techniques that made it her own. I also appreciated the aroma therapy and heat packs she incorporated into my massage which added to the «Ethereal» experience. Afterword, I was able to rinse off in the private shower and use some of the face and body products that they sell in the spa which were fantastic. Over all, the theme of Ethereal Day Spa was that they find a way to go above and beyond for their guests across the board to make it truly, a personalized and «Ethereal» experience!

I have been a client at Ethereal Day Spa for years. Polly is simply the best. I get regular waxing and facials there. It is such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere and my personal retreat. I love the product line, Phytomer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for such service and relaxation!

This is one of the best days spas I’ve experienced. Beautiful peaceful décor, talented professional staff and tons of services. Owner Lisa Krum is attentive. I like that they use that mindbody online scheduler.

little disappointed would be a nice way to put it. I got spray tan for my up coming vacation and I ended up with zebra leg. They wouldn’t squeeze me in for five minute touch up. Instead they asked me to come in and grab their small bottle spray tan for $ 27. mmm if I could do it flawlessly with botted spray tan, I wouldn’t be here in the first place. which i probably should have done because my hands are orange. Could have saved me some money letting someone do it.
i’ll expected more from this place and not coming back here again because of their poor customer service.
