Armbrust Real Estate Institute

If you want to understand fundamental real estate principles and then pass your state exam the first try, go to Armbrust and complete their course. It’s as «simple» as that.

Trust the program and do what you’re told, and if you take your career seriously and listen to Pat’s advice you will succeed. You’re welcome.

Horrible Horrible online school. Their technology is the worst and they are not very smart at fixing the problems. Do not, I repeat, do not enroll in their online school programs. Big fat waste of time.

After deciding to pursue a career change to real estate, I began asking my contacts within the brokerage community where they recommended I study in order to pass the test the first time. Armbrust came up on almost every list and as I would find out later, for good reason. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and taught a very focused curriculum that allowed me to take the test 5 weeks after beginning class.
I would HIGHLY recommend this course to anyone considering a transition into the realm of real estate. As I began interviewing, most brokers knew the Armbrust name immediately and it reflected well on me, as it showed I was serious about my studies and the test. Classes aren’t easy, but they’re worth every dollar.

Great school hands down, couldn’t ask for better teachers… If you are looking for real estate school this is it, trust me! Just to point out:
1– If English is your second language do not try to translate it into your language, try to understand in English, use synonyms in English to the words that you don’t understand.
2– When they tell you to read the Yellow book. «Read the damn book!» (sign up for school 2 week prior to the beginning of the class n just read it)
3– Do your homework!
4– study the flash cards the way they tell you to… backwards! Because this is the way you’ll be tested on the exam.
5-​If you don’t understand– ask questions, if you didn’t understand the lesson — watch it online once again.
Pat n Dave are both great teachers n I’m very very thankful to them.

Great school! This is the school to separate yourself from other brokers. Unfortunately there is a TON of homework the school requires (as in you absolutely must) you to do. If you go here plan on not having a job/​life outside of the 8 hour classroom work. Patrick is a very good instructor. Homework is ridiculous.
