History

Established in 2014.

After spending nearly 10 years as a Research Analyst with a major bank, I left Wall Street to raise my family and work in the non-profit sector. Ready for a career change, I returned to school and earned a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology from Sacred Heart University, where I was first introduced to Positive Psychology.

What really made an impression on me about Positive Psychology is that it focuses on what is right in a person’s life…“What are the best things in your life?” versus traditional therapies, which often focus on what’s missing or wrong in a person’s life.

After receiving my Masters Degree, I earned a Certificate in Positive Psychology Coaching from the Wholebeing Institute, which was co-founded by Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, as well as a Certificate in the Psychology of Happiness from the Happiness Institute. I am a member of the International Positive Psychology Association.

I live in Greenwich, Connecticut with my family, and my office is in Greenwich as well.
