Where else can you buy a jug of Carlo Rossi for your broke artist friends(all artists — v. a’s/ musicians/actors/writers/dancers/singers, et al) when you were a Freshman in college? Or at least have a Third year SUNY Poor Choicer buy one for you. ‘Nuff Said.

Love this place. Owner is hilarious and the prices of liquor is pretty reasonable!

Ah, my old college haunts. Connecticut Wines & Liquors has a remarkable selection with equally remarkable prices. This store was very close to my college campus(Suny Purchase) and had the best prices as opposed to going into White Plains. Be careful though, this place might just eat up your wallet. The store also has a decent selection of mixers, so you don’t even have to go to the grocery store if you do forget a few things to go with all that gin and vodka.

Okay, here’s the deal: I am in huge credit card debt. One of the reasons is this store. It’s not expensive by any means. But because it’s not expensive, I kept going back… and back and back and back and back and back and back and back. Seriously, this place is great. It’s got a vast selection of pretty much any kind of booze you want. This is where I bought my friend the giant bottle of Saphire for around forty bucks. And I’m talking about the BIG one. They also have a pretty cool little beer selection. But I’d say the best part about this place is that they definitely know the score. They understand that they’re but half a mile from a college campus and they know the wallet of a college kid. What I’m saying is that you can go into this store and purchase a 30-rack of PBR for like ten bucks. I feel I can end this review on that note.
