First time trying Freddie’s and I wasn’t impressed at all. I paid $ 9.00 for a patty melt combo that was over cooked, salty and not pretty. Oh and I’m not a fan or the shoe string fries and the long wait through the drive thru. I don’t even eat Mc Donald’s anymore but I would rather that than Freddie’s.

$ 5 for a half melted cup of ice cream that took over ten minutes in the drive thru? No thanks.

Returned to try the burgers. Got the #4 combo and had them put cheese on the burger. It came with fries and a drink. The fries were the skinny shoestring kind, crispy and delicious. The burger was good and so was the dog. Next time I’m trying the hatch green chili dog.

We love Freddy’s!!! Visiting Greenville from Charlotte and Freddy’s was our first stop! Very clean location with friendly staff. Our orders were correct and delicious. Yes, the patties are thin here. That’s what I love. If you like a thicker burger, they offer double and triple burgers. Great Freddy’s location. We’ll be back!

Not a fan. The burgers were salty, cooked till crisp. They flatten them out but over cook them. Took a long time to get it and they did not get the toppings correct. $ 9 for a fast food burger combo is a little high. Not a fan of the fries…

There were only two cars in the parking lot at 5:30 and I expected fast service. Instead it took 3 – 5 min to get my milkshake. Most importantly the milkshake was way overpriced. The price they post is just plain vanilla or chocolate, any add-ins are 0.80/each, taking my Regular(not large) shake to nearly $ 7!(I had a peanut butter banana shake). It was an ok shake but small for the price. The big straw was helpful but also awkward. The folks working there didn’t seem in any hurry and it looked kinda dirty from the drive-thru window. This is the first and last time I’ll eat here, I’ll take Cook Out over this place any day. You get a much larger shake for half the price that in my opinion is much tastier.

We have tried Freddie’s three times. It was fun to experience the thin, crispy burgers of the 1950’s drive in. Last night we ordered a burger and hot dog at 5:11pm. At 5:45 pm we ask why the order wasn’t out to us. They were obviously short handed — one person trying to cook all the orders, one cashier and one manager. I can understand scheduling difficulties but four orders that came in after ours were filled. The employee that we ask was peasant and went to get a manager. His response was to look at the floor, never make eye contact. To reply that sometimes that happens??? A «I am sorry, let me go check to see about your order» is not that difficult. Very disappointed in the service and the food isn’t good enough to put up with a team hat is so poorly trained. A suggestion to the franchise owner, or company — try a bit of customer service training before you promote. The young ladies and gentlemen working there are better at it than the manager last night. The other manager followed us to the door and tried to make it better, but was not aware of anything until it fell apart. We drove over to Dave & Busters and yes, paid more but the burger was fresh and the service wonderful. There are a lot of places to eat in Greenville. Would not recommend Freddie’s.

Went with a group during work Friday evening, got all of our orders wrong, had to go up several times to fix it, when everyone was done one employee still hadn’t gotten his hamburger, had to go up to counter and get it for him to go, was told the manager would give us cards for free stuff, but we didn’t have time to wait for that, we had to go right away. All in all incredibly bad experience and awful coordination

I was looking forward to trying Freddy’s and braved Saturday afternoon traffic on Woodruff Road to get over here. All in All, Freddy’s provides an nicer environment than the regular fast food restaurants you would find. However, at around $ 8 – 9 for a «double» cheeseburger, fry and Medium drink combo – it’s not worth it – unless you really enjoy greasy fries and burgers. I would like to say I will be coming here again… but I seriously doubt it. There is a much better Frozen custard restaurant in town and it should not be worried by this new comer.

I didn’t try the custard but the burger was only decent. Quite salty burger and I’m not really a fan of the skinny, straw fries. The staff was pleasant. Trying really hard to look like a vintage burger joint.
