Our property manager, Rebecca was very helpful. Unfortunately, she left and her replacement was not. We treat the houses we rent as if they were our own (the owner liked us so much, he wanted to sell the house to us as when he visited, the house was in great condition). When we moved from our rental property, we stayed until midnight to make sure that the house was immaculate and move in ready for the next tenant (we then got on the road to drive to Florida). We had called a local charity to pick up a mattress and left it by the door for them — they were unable to pick it up before we left due to their truck breaking down. We told our property manager about this and gave her instructions to contact us should the mattress had not been picked up within a day or so by the charity and we would make other arraignments. We had patched the picture holes in the walls and used the paint that was left by the owner to cover the spots in the house and noticed that the shade was a little darker as it went on. We again let the manager know that this was the paint that was left to us by the owner. After we moved, we attempted to contact the manager for the final walk-​through follow-​up and left several messages with no response for weeks. Finally, we received a check in the mail two months later for the amount of $ 25.00 from our whole deposit. The note on the invoice was: removal of bed and repaint of the whole interior home. (The whole interior did not need to be repainted.)
Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and communication.
