You’d find more professionalism at a McDonald’s. They towed my car on a Friday, charged me $ 25 dollars a day to sit on their lot. They take cash only. I was told on Friday that the tow would cost $ 130. When I arrived on Monday, they asked for $ 205. I had to walk to the closest ATM on campus and I guess I closed the door a little harder than the man at the desk was used to. He ran out and said «Sir, slam my door again and I’ll fucking kick your ass». That’s an exact quote. I informed him it was an accident, he responded that he didn’t care and that he would be adding another $ 25 dollars onto the charge. I told him this was unfair to which he responded «I don’t give a fuck what it is!». What a racket.
