We showed up with our family to rent a boat and jet skis for an afternoon on the lake. We tried reaching them by phone but couldn’t. We encountered two extremely unfriendly and unhelpful sour faced individuals manning the office. We were treated rudely and told they have no boats available. When we said we will take two wave runners they said we need boaters license. We showed them that we have a valid license, so they gave some other lame excuse. All in all, nasty is the word. We then tried Rubber Ducky Boat Rental and had a great experience.(They were actually VERY busy accommodating customers professionally while Pine Crest had been totally empty). We learned that Pine Creat were known to be nasty and rude!!!
