Limos R US

Worst limo service in NEPA or probably in the entire U.S. We reserved the party bus well in advance of our bachelor party to Atlantic City. The morning of the trip we received a call that the bus had «broke down» and that they only had a smaller traditional size limo available to take us. This limo sat 10 people and that’s exactly what we had going down.10 grown ass men, luggage, and coolers full of alcohol; it was going to be a tight fit. We got a half hearted apology from the driver for the bus not being «in service». The driver then watched as we piled into this clown car only to find that the engine was not running and the car was over 100 degrees. You figure you pay $ 700 plus for a ride somewhere that the vehicle would be at a comfortable temperature. Nope, not this guy. Once the air conditioning finally started to attempt to spray cold air on us, only about half of the vents actually worked.
As we made our way from our pick point to the first on ramp to the first highway, the driver missed the turn. We hadn’t even left our city yet. And he was using a gps.
During the trip one of us had to sit in the floor because of the limited space. That person became very car sick and nearly passed out.
Every time we stopped for gas or a bathroom break the driver did not leave the cAr running. So again we went into an uncomfortable car.
The driver tried to divert traffic in the way down and ended getting lost on his own shortcut.
The ride took twice as long as it should have and we had less space than we paid for (no partial refund either)!
If I could give them negative stars as a rating I would. This company is a joke. Stay away.
We didn’t have the bus for the ride back either, again no partial refund.

Horrible customer service. Called to reserve and the guy hung up before I could finish talking. Bad business skills. Will never-​ever recommend them to anyone nor use them myself. Have fun going out of buisness. When you deal with the public is works to your best interest to be friendly and helpful. They are a joke. Thanks for nothing.
