Uptown Wings & Grill

The first time I called I was greeted by a very friendly young lady she answered my questions without sounding annoyed or rude. When I called back not even 10 minutes later to place my order I was greeted by a very rude male voice. It took me over 5 minutes to place an order and I was continually cut off and spoken down to. My order consisted of a Stromboli, a order of fried mushrooms and a 10 PC wing combo. I basically had to yell at my phone to get this guy to understand what I was saying. At one point I was asking my boyfriend who I was ordering for a question and this guy started going «hellloooo, helllooooooo, helllooooo». I almost hung up the phone. We’ll see if the food is decent enough to make up for the crappy service and the nearly 30 dollar price tag.
Edit 6÷21÷15 (the day after): we received our food in less than an hour however that and the food did not make up for the nearly 30 dollar price tag. The Stromboli was burnt and almost to greasy to eat. The fried mushrooms were really small and not worth the 4 dollars we had to pay for them. The chicken wings were over cooked and the fries were soggy.. all things considered. I’m not ordering from this business again.

Wouldn’t even rate it a one star. Took 2hrs for a delivery of wings. Will NOT be ordering from here again. Wouldn’t recommend it either.

Food is fabulous and not expensive
