Maria G.

Manager

Maria’s education is in accounting, but as a competitive swimmer and water polo player, her lifelong passion has always been in fitness and helping people.

Maria began her career at The Clubs in 2001 in our Aquatics department as a lifeguard, swim instructor and water exercise instructor. In 2005 she was promoted to Aquatics Director and by 2007, she was invited to join The Clubs Management Team. In 2011, Maria was promoted once again, as The Club Manager for the Oak Branch location.

Since October of 2013, Maria has been the Executive Director of The Clubs of Greensboro.

Maria has exemplified hard work, dedication, and a commitment to education and personal growth. Her leadership and positive encouragement are an inspiration to our members, staff, and the community.
