Tessa Farm to Fork offers our customers fresh, local and seasonal menus. We work with area farms and partners. Some of our farm and local partners are Smith Farm, Fair Share Farm, Spivey Farm, Peacehaven, Carolina Coffee, Tyson’s Farm, New River Fish Company, Hickory Nut Gap Farm, Fogwood Farm and many more.

Business Owner
Mel Morris in the owner of Tessa Farm to Fork. Mel initially started the idea of a local, farm fresh dining opportunity with three friends who had 50+ years of restaurant experience. It is important for Tessa that we use local farms and highlight Southern seasonal dining options. We grow several herbs and produce on site in raised beds. The concept requires extensive planning and communicating but our customers can taste the quality in their meals.
