Since 1996, Solutions Accounting, Tax, & Consulting, LLC has assisted more than 10,000 individuals and small businesses alike in the areas of accounting, tax preparation, tax resolution, payroll processing, grant writing, turnaround consulting, incorporation business analyses and more. Solutions operates nationwide with production facilities in Greensboro and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Meet the Business Owner

Daymond M.

Business Owner

Daymond was born in Queens, NY to the late Cordy T. and Patricia C. Milam. Daymond attended catholic school before relocating with his family to Warrenton, North Carolina where he graduated from Warren County High School.

As a child, Daymond recalls a time in which he told his dad…“Daddy, I want to be just like to you, his dad replied, a mechanic. Daymond said «no, daddy, I want to help people. Daymond began his mission in 1996, Helping people is the mission of Solutions Accounting, before doing so, Daymond received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from N.C. A&T State University and an MBA in Finance from Winston Salem State University.

Daymond has worked with some of the countries premier healthcare facility ranging from Senior Accountant to Director of Finance before practicing privately. In addition to Solutions, Daymond sits on 3 boards, is active in the Lions club and works with Solutions Foundations, a not for profit he created to assisted troubled youth.
